I liked Heathersage. I felt very relaxed after watching the show. These gorgeous old towns transport you back to times when life was simple and meaningful. Its a wonderful gift you share with us. I hope you end up with millions of followers. 😁
Great video, love this village, I know it's busy with the traffic but you take the rough with the smooth. Can't believe you passed the Little John pub without popping in for a cheeky pint. Keep filming.............
Visited here just 10 days ago. Hiked around Peak District. It was amazing! Such a change from Sheffield! P. S. Bank House is a good one. I personally loved it because they serve food, alcohol, and best of all, coffee (good coffee, mind you) at the same place!!!
I'd love to live in Hathersage , a lovely village in the Peak District National Park yet all the Facilities of a major city are just 20 minutes away (by train) I also love the heated open air swimming pool. Disadvantages....traffic on the main road in Summer especially
I've never been to Hathersage, but it's the type of village I love. It reminds me a lot of Castleton. I think the same stone is used on the buildings and cottages? Beautiful! :)
thank you for the video, i have been to the peaks quite a few times ,and i never get tired of visiting, the volume of traffic especially the heavy goods lorries can be an experience in its self with the small side walks in summer time/
@@GimbalWalkTV Good! Not been to the pool but I live in Sheffield and know about it. Do you know Surprise Corner? I always say that to myself when I drive round it. An amazing view.

Cor blimey what a busy place. They need to build a bypass around it.

Wonder what it’s like in Winter and if you get cut off?

You're welcome Mick!
Hope you're well and having a good week my friend!
@@GimbalWalkTV very well thanks looking forward to your next video
All the buildings in the Peak district are made of the same stone and of a uniform colour which gives it an old world charm.
Love Hathrersage, live not far away. same as all the lovely villages in the UK. Just hate the evil necessitives CARS. Thanks for your videos.
A good video Hathersage, Peak District, Derbyshire, England - A tour of this busy little village.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
❤️❤️
Charlotte Bronte once lived here and part of Jane Eyre is set near here.

There is!

We are very lucky to have family in The Peak District but as yet not visited Hathersage. Somewhere to bear in mind on the next visit in October.
Please do!
In reply to John Bikerider has he ever been to Hathersage? How would they build a bypass round it?
Thanks for another amazing video. I just wondered if you speeded up the walking a tad or are you just a quick walker !?
Was just dying to get to the pub!

the constant traffic is very depressing and destroys the charm of the place
It’s a though road so a bit of a traffic hub yeh
