Just got our teeter last week (Thursday)... use it in the morning and right before bed. I've had 2 back surgeries... got chronic back pain and nerve damage in my lower back. This device has been the best investment we've made. Can already start to tell a difference. I still wake up in pain, but no where near as bad. And I haven't even had it a week yet. :) So happy with it.
I have had my Teeter for about 2 years, my body found that 3-5 mins was the sweet spot, and find it interesting your video concurs. Im 64 y/o and my Chiropractor suggested use of inversion table, my first table was not a Teeter and I did not like it and it really turned me off on inversion. I purchased a Teeter and was so happy with the control and stability. Thanks for the video and hope to see you out and about sometime, Im a few blocks from the Buckley Location !
This chainsaw worked well to cut up a pile of cedar logs ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and stumps. I used it to cut 12"-16" diameter logs and a handful of odd-shaped stumps that were larger in diameter. There was more than enough power even when using 2x100' extension cords. Be sure to use the right gauge extension cord, since you should be using a slightly higher gauge cord than the standard extension cord most folks have around the house. My 2 favorite features of this saw over previous ones I've used are the built-in sharpener and the quick stop after the the throttle is released compared to a gas-powered chainsaw. As soon as you release the trigger, the chain stops spinning immediately because of the electric motor. Standard feature of most of these electric chainsaws, but worth mentioning here for anyone not familiar with it.Bottom line...I needed a chainsaw to get through some backyard cleanup of logs and tree stumps. For the price of renting a chainsaw for a few days, I got this Oregon chainsaw that got the work done, and now I own it for future use.
I just bought this from QVC - I have lost 3 inches off of my height in 15 years. I have ankylosing spondylitis and issues with my cervical spine and my thoracic spine. I can no longer lift my head up more than 1/2 inch- I can’t wait to get this!!
@@iZephiroth it is working marvelous taking pressure off my hips in my lower spine. I hear popping every time I tilt this thing back. I have noticed that my head is being held a little bit higher because of the straightening occurring-Highly recommend
Well done / explained. When I first got my Teeter although explained in the instructions / video it still took me a few days days to get settings dialed in for optimum balance point.
@@TeeterFitness Its been about a year. In Oct 2018 I was hit with severe back and referred leg pain. I was crippled! Something I'm not used to since I have always been an active athletic guy. An MRI revealed a bugling disc and significant stenosis. (L2 L3 region...a result of being 67 I guess) After several trips to P/T and a couple steroid packs that did little or nothing they suggested surgery...which being in pain and crippled I was willing to do anything but dreaded surgery! After sitting on the couch waiting for authorization and scheduling I decided to take matters into my own hands. My predominate sport has always been cycling and ironically once on the bike their was no pain...probably leaning forward helped take pressure off. So I made the decision to get back on the bike on my indoor trainer and to order my Teeter (best model). My thought was doing aerobic exercise would help to heal the disc with increased blood flow (as you know disc's get a pretty low normal blood flow which is one reason they don't heal well) and using the Teeter may help to lengthen my 67 year old spine and relieve pressure. First plan was 20 minutes a day on the bike EASY spin and 3 minutes @30% decline on the Teeter 3 times a day...Well, it worked. Within a week my pain level was down 80% with no referred pain and I was once again able to walk upright. Now a year on I have only some stiffness when first getting out of bed or sitting a long period of time (a product of being 67 I guess) . Outside of that I'd say I'm about 95% and enjoying life again. I rode a bit over 3,000 miles last year plus gym work, hiking and some X Country skiing this year. My plan is to stay on my bike and Teeter and OFF the surgeons table for as long as possible! Thanks! You make a great product. Jeff
@@jeffdavis5841 Thanks for sharing your story, Jeff! I'm about to get to this device for my father who's about your age & has similar struggles. This is very encouraging, Thanks!!
I’m using the teeter conversion table model X3, and I’m enjoying it immensely. It took me a fair amount of time to balance this machine for me, and I have one question for you. I weigh 263 pounds, height is 6’1”. I’ve set the length of the teeter table to 6’,2”, and the roller hinge settings on C. With these settings, I am able to control my descent into inversion very slowly and controlled. however, and this is where my question comes in.. I have my maximum inversion to this point at 45°, and when I’m ready to come out of inversion, I have to bend my knees a little bit with my arms forward, but it doesn’t bring me out of inversion, I have to actually lift my head & chest slightly off the table before the it will start to come out of inversion. What can you suggest I might do, so that at my maximum inversion, I can slowly come out of inversion only using my arms going forward? Thanks very much.
Just got my Teeter and I'm working on the precision balance - I'm 6' 2" and 198 lbs... Dumb question: what is the purpose of the adjustable handles...(1:53 in this video) I don't see anyone in the videos using them... Thanks.
I am a big guy. Yes, I am overweight but also have wide shoulders from weight lifting. I have 2 herniated disks. At 350lbs will your table help me. I love your videos and would like to know more. Where can I purchase a table of yours?
Thank you very much, I picked up a table at a garage sale, I couldn't get it balanced at all, I moved the setting to the 3rd hole, wow! I am 65 years old, I used to be between 6 3 and 6 4, now my knees and back don't straighten out, must be you have to make the height setting according to the height I used to be, because I set it to 6 6 and I balance just like you do! THANK YOU !!!!!!
I just got mine yesterday, im top heavy and no matter what i do i cant find the balancing spot..im very tense when im on it because when i try to rdcline myswlf it deels like im lifting my entire body weight , and then when i start to go back, it feels like im falling. I have bad sciatica and im desperate for this to work, but idk what else to do

Mine does not lock. I tried A and B slots too. I feel like I would have to set the height way way smaller that what I am do to sliding down in full inversion. Plus I can never swing out of inversion.
Hi Rob, depending on your body shape you may have to select a height setting 1-2 inches shorter than your actual height. Selecting the A slot on your Roller Hinges would make it more responsive, B or C less responsive. Feel free to give us a call at (800) 847-0143 and we'd be happy to help you find the perfect balance point.
Just got off the phone w/customer service, they’re helpful folks (purchasing a 3rd Teeter product). I’m 5’9”, 225 lbs. ‘B’ slot & height set to 5’11 works for me. NOTE: installing the ‘lumbar bridge’ accessory reduces full-inversion lockout capability.
@@JimzAuto Not sure. I went back to 5'11 and I got it so my arms could help me balance myself to the half way point to a 45 degree angle. Then when I went full it snapped into place. I am guessing cause I went a inch above or below I didn't have my body weight balance to do it? either way it works!
I need one because we have some 19 year old at work and its his first job and im pulling most of the load since he tries to avoid any heavy lifting by doing stupid petty stuff that isnt important at the time.
