Thank you for your question. All Teeter inversion tables have the option to lock into full inversion. Therefore, you can do crunches on any model of Teeter inversion table. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out to our Product Experts at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).
Gonna give a 45⁰ a shot first lol, pretty sure the last time I even tried to go fully upside down I nearly passed out the moment I was fully inverted... kinda concerns me honestly.
Hi George, we recommend starting slow and working your way to the higher degrees of inversion. You don't have to go to full inversion to receive all the benefits of inversion. 60 degrees is what we consider to be the "magic angle". If at some point you decide to try full inversion again you may want to use a spotter the first time. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach out to our Teeter Product Experts at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).
Thank you for your question. It's personal preference. We have people that prefer to invert first thing in the morning, some right before bed, and some in the middle of the day. It's totally up to you! We just recommend that you start slow at lesser degrees of inversion for a couple minutes at a time and work your way up. If you have any other questions our Customer Service team would be happy to help you. You can reach us at 800-847-0143 (M-F, 8am-4pm PST).
