Had 2 back operations, still feel bad most of the time. Watched the commercial for a very long time and read all the great reviews. Couldn't go wrong with the 60t day guarantee plus the price matching. Had it now for 2 weeks. Do it 4 times a day between 5 to 7 minutes. I do it about 60 degrees which is probably where I will be all the time. I can truely say I feel about 90 percent better most of the time. I know its now going to heal me but f it gives me this kind of relief it is worth it. I really look forward to doing it every day,. I have a Echo dot in the same room and play music. All I can say it is worth the money, every bit of it.

This video was created in 2018...and it is now 2021 and I just ordered an LX9. I noticed however that the TeeterLink app no longer exists. Why was it discontinued? From what I can tell, it appears to be much better (i.e. useful tools for the user) that the current MOVE app which mostly just provides some instructional videos and some workout routines. I would much prefer the tools that were available via the TeeterLink app. If that doesn't exist, will you be adding them back to the MOVE app? Thanks.
Hi Jim, thank you for your question. In the time after this video, it's true that TeeterLink was closed down. This was done to focus our efforts on publishing the best possible content on Teeter Move. While TeeterLink offered a limited set of features for FitSpine Inversion Tables, Teeter Move offers free trainer-led classes for inversion, FreeStep, Power10 and FitForm. You'll also find guided inversion relaxation sessions, stretching routines, recovery sessions and more. The features of TeeterLink may be added in a future version of Teeter Move, but there are no plans for that at the moment. We hope you'll download the free Teeter Move app and we believe you'll enjoy the inversion classes as much as we do.
@@TeeterFitness Okay thanks. I have already downloaded the Move app and although it will be helpful as it is...I do hope that you will add the Teeterlink features back in. I think they will provide a lot of value...tracking the incline and how long etc. When I watched this video and others I was impressed and excited that you had those features built in. Unfortunately that excitement changed once I found out that you stopped. I am still looking forward to my LX9 nonetheless.

Hi Teeter, I live in Lima and I'm thinking of buying the LX9. However, I need to know the product packaged dimesions before going further. As far as I know it is 47" x 30 x 8 for the EP-960 so is it the same for the LX9? Or is it considerable bigger?

There are only X1 in my country .Can I get an add on hands traction and grips for X1.

Hi Lucky, Teeter Inversion Tables are rated for users between 4'8 (142.24 cm) and 6'6" (198cm), so kids 4'8" (142.24 cm) or taller can invert (with parental supervision). They may even adapt to the sensation of being upside down more quickly than adults thanks to time spent upside down at the playground. It is important to note that Inversion Tables are not toys, so we advise that kids do not use our Inversion Tables without parental supervision. I had 560 but I am not able to put my ankle in??? Please help if anyone know why?

Please explain "if you square the hips"??? What the heck is that???
Hi there, to square the hips means to have equal length between the bottom of your foot and the top of your hip on both sides of your body. Many of us walk around with uneven hips and may not even know it.

All Teeter Inversion Tables fold up easily for storage, that way they take up less space when not in use!

Is it hard to move or fold back? I'm petite and have a fragile back, I'm afraid it will hurt to store from how heavy???
Can I use barefoot or should shoe be required?

I cannot believe that this video was done six-(6) years ago. Did I just purchase a Teeter Table that is now out of Production? This past December 2024 I took the bait from Teeter and purchased the EP-560 [[Order #682211] (December 14, 2024)]. I don't know which version I actually purchased the E61006F or the E61006FB models. This past month has been hectic with family emergencies and recovery, so I finally assembled the table yesterday. THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX! AS MOST INDUSTRIES THE BURDEN OF FINDING INSTRUCTIONS FALLS UNDER THE "BUYER BEWARE" PRACTICE! Please advise on the life of production runs for replacement parts for my new Teeter Inversion Table. I need a longer safety strap because the safety strap with this table is too short - I cannot go full inversion! The height dimensions and center of gravity on this new table is off by one inch to two inches. The old canvas table I had to set the height at six foot and this new plastic table I am at six feet and one inch and I still have not found my pivot point! I already miss my old Teeter F7000 Rectangle Canvas! I purchased my F7000 ~ 1997 it is either a Generation 1 or Generation 2. I really would have preferred to purchase replacement parts e.g., replacement canvas for the table, rubber protecting cups for the Achilles heel and foam padding where the top of my feet rest when I lock into position. Please advise on the life of production runs for replacement parts for my new Teeter Inversion Table. I need a longer safety strap because the safety strap with this table is too short - I cannot go full inversion!

First, rest assured that the EP-560 is still in production and comes with a 5-year warranty. Replacement parts are typically available well beyond the warranty period, so you’ll have support for years to come.
Regarding the instructions, they are taped to the inside of the carton lid, but we apologize if they were overlooked or missing. You can also find detailed assembly instructions on our website in the support portal or through the BILT app for added convenience.
The tether strap included with your table is designed to limit inversion from 20 to 60 degrees. If you’d like to go to full inversion, simply unhook the tether strap.
As for the balance point, it can vary slightly between models. Adjustments may take some trial and error, but we’re happy to guide you through finding the perfect setup for your height and preferences.

Are you referring to the ankle lock system? To close it, simply pull the bar towards you. This requires very little effort. To unlock, press down on the button and move the bar outward away from you. Teeter Ankle Lock Systems are designed to be as easy to use as possible while also being completely secure.

all im really interested in, is that its easy to get the right equilibrium for my body the rest is total bullshit
i bought an inversion machine 2 months ago and the balance equilibrium is crap.....and thats why im spending another $500 on a teeter machine .
