I have done the same my whole life! I also...I know this is wrong wrong wrong but...I sometimes have to force myself to eat for days then I go right back to eating regular. My pediatrician told mama I was totally heathy and would eat when I got hungry. I've never had a weight problem or health issues. Everyone thinks I'm weird though 😁

Lucy has discussed battling disordered eating in the past, so I am super inspired to hear how positive and enthusiastic she is about food and eating. It seems like she has done so much work to get where she is and although she is privileged to have all the tools, she has remained in the entertainment industry while gaining her new perspective. That takes effort and courage when surrounded by people who would encourage her to stay sick. I was worried by the click bait title but I am glad I watched!

Agreed, as long as the dressing is in moderation. I used to serve at a restaurant with a self-serve salad bar and I lost count of how often I saw customers make themselves ranch soup. Dressing should coat the salad to enhance taste. If people are finishing their salads and seeing pools of dressing left over, it needs to be re-evaluated.

What you say about serving sizes is so spot on. I work in food testing, including testing for what goes on the nutritional panel, and it is completely arbitrary what the company decides to put as a serving size. Often it has nothing to do with nutrition and more to do with what looks best for the product - ie, a lot of products want round numbers like '100 cals' or '20g protein' '25%RDI Iron Per serving!' As selling points, and will manipulate the serving size to get it.
