Just did the same in a Captur 2016 1.5 DCI. It was EXACTLY as you showed, I mean the pipe was cut at the same spot. There was soot on the green pipe which showed the problem. It would not measure the differential pressure due to the loss of pressure from the ruptured pipe and would not calculate the soot load on the dpf. Changed the pipe and everything works as it should.
