There's no way on this planet that your Abs sensor will come out like that! I've recently done this job and probably fcuked it up... my ABS sensor light is still on but I did use stupid eBay sensors?

It's a DOOR mirror.....NOT a WING mirror. All of a sudden, he's talking about a 1974 Vauxhall Viva and not the transit.

It's a symptom of the most usual cause.... Not driving for up to 45 minutes above 60kmh at between 3k and 4k rpm, per tank of fuel. You can reduce this problem immensly by installing an oil/air separator with a 1 micron filter. Most of the issue is EGR at idle and part throttle causing the dpf to load up. Mid sap oil for passive dpfs, and low sap oil for active dpfs

I’m curious why you didn’t use cleaning fluid or do a static/dynamic regen with diagnostic equipment and what faults/codes were present to make the regen process go into standby “pause” mode to begin with?

Back pressure normally is a sign of a blocked sigmoid, first place to poke around in when unable to expell gases!

hey, i hope youre still online, i have a 2014, and the drum WILL NOT come off the shoes, what do i do, force it? on my challenger theres a little adjustment wheel i can spin to bring the shoes closer together again and away from the drum, does the fabia have one? if so where?

This has just happened to our 2015 Adam Rocks. I was going around 70mph at the time in the overtaking lane of a dual carriageway. A huge bang as the left wheel went into wheel arch, which obviously locked up the wheel and pulled us across the left lane into a luckily positioned layby. If there'd been any vehicles in the left lane we could have been killed. We had our 4 month old son in the car with us, waiting with him at the side of the road whilst cars and lorries flew past was horrific. The RAC guy looked and said "this shouldn't happen" Currently waiting for the vauxhall garage it was bought from to look at it.

Ok, I have a 2017 ford escape titanium 1.5L FWD. I just did a transmission swap.( old one died, had hard shifting problems and then after driving for over an hour it just wouldn’t go into gear and got stuck in a high gear and just burnt up trying to get it to a parking lot) the transmission swap went really well but now I have this one issue. The auto start stop will do a hard shift when cutting back on, this sometimes doesn’t happen if the auto start was active longer than 30secs to a minute, ( it’ll work as normal) but if it was activated at like a short stop ( ie a stop sign) it’ll do hard hard shift then drive normally… the adaptive values and KAM was reset to my knowledge with the new transmission. Any thoughts on what the issue is?
