It is surprising to see a neat, clean, beautiful country and law abiding people. I have been to Kigali, and travelled to interiors of Rwanda as well. Nice country, however there is lot of poverty, corruption and issues related to substandard healthcare etc in this country. Comparing Rwanda and India makes no sense as we are far ahead in many fields.
