The input settings can be dialed in quite good, but the feedback is just as important as the responsiveness and accuracy of the inputs, and the sound design... Grid 2019 had numb feedback too, with no communication from the tyres until the car is literally drifting

I hope the game is as good as this trailer. Lots of cinematics, we've seen this before in games that have been a flop at launch, not least the previous Grid itself. Grid 2019 had 16 tracks 99 layouts.8 of which were real tracks, hopefully track list is higher this time. With more variety of road,oval and better street courses.(more realistic)

I really hope Codemasters add the possibility to move the seating position and change the FOV with greater values so you can match the cockpit of the car with your simracing rig. Also support for triple monitors would be awesome, but I might be asking for too much here. I am happy with seat adjustments like in Dirt 2.0. Also telemetry data to SimHub and similar programs is a must for me.
@@Xander_Park why would you want to play a racing game with a controller instead of a triple monitor sim rig with motion? Sure it's an arcade racer but games like Grid 2 and Dirt 3 is hella fun in a sim rig aswell as with a controller

I’m so pumped at this game and looking at all of this footage, I think this is probably one of the best GRID games since Racedriver: GRID. But however, when it comes to the release, I have a pretty big problem for it. So we all know that the game will release on February 25th. On paper it’s fine, but when your a huge racing game fan like me, you know a week after this game came out, the day will be March 4th. And we all pretty much know what game will be out on that day, Gran Turismo 7. So they release this game a week earlier before GT7 and everything seems fine for Codemasters, but the moment when GT7 comes out, it’s pretty over for this game’s popularity. Gran Turismo is much more bigger and a popular game than GRID is. No matter what they show, it will be a pretty tough job to get players back on this game because most of the racing fans will be busy playing Gran Turismo 7. If they actually delayed the game to mid or late March hell maybe even April, I think it would be fine, but releasing this not very popular game a week before the super super popular game like GT7 is a very odd decision. I know it’s a different game compared to this game and Gran Turismo 7, but like I said earlier, releasing this smaller popular game a week before the super popular game like GT7 is very odd and a bad release date idea for Codemasters. I’m still super looking forward to this game that’s for sure, but that’s just my opinion about this release date situation.
Okay I'm actually so excited for this game! They tried to return to the original GRID formula with 2019 but it wasn't the best and to me it felt like a tech demo. But this has got GRID vibes but also TOCA Race Driver vibes with the whole story thing. We haven't had a story driven racing game in feels like forever!
I just bought EA play to save a dollar on grid legends deluxe. So hopefully we get more tracks with dlc (4 dlc packs should be more than 4 tracks) More real tracks,or more road courses. With 3 types of stock cars, definitely more ovals (Daytona 👌or fictional tracks. A verity of super speedways, short and intermediate. Why not take existing tracks and scale them different to avoid licensing???)also what about the Pontiac Fiero Imsa car???

Most of the 'new' game modes are just ones they took out from the Grid games before and are now putting them back in lol The game might be fun, but the marketing team really are stretching it here.
There's a difference between microtransactions and passes. They stopped doing Microtransactions after the backlash from Star Wars: Battlefront II. Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars: Squadrons are both an example of them no longer having microtransactions. Also, when did NFS ever have those? I don't recall that at all, I'm sure that would've made the rounds during release.

It's an Arcade racer not a sim...use a controller like a normal person and save your sim nonsense for GT7
