Asphalt 9 is also unbearably P2W, not sure where you're getting the "fine" from.
Modern combat 5 , Nova 3 , Asphalt 8 were literally my childhood games
I remember playing their games, on old Java phone. They were really good, in my opinion. And I only saw, but wished I played, the first 4 Modern Combat games on android. Now their games are just lower than average games, overtaken with microtransaction cancer
Oh man, I love wonder zoo. I always liked their concept of having to capture and release animals until they’re not endangered anymore. Honestly, it was something that made the gameplay loop very interesting as it wasnt just getting the animals and moving on. You also had to actually find sick and injured animals in the wild instead of just buying them in a store.
I have yet to see any zoo management game, console or mobile do this
I still today look at Gameloft games
And leave it pain and memories of the past
Hope they catch back
I remember watching you play this when I was a little kid since I was too young to get it. Played through it over a dozen times now. Sure is a trip this video makes me feel like a little kid again.
I uninstalled Gangstar Vegas when they forced ads whenever I go to map menu
I remember when we used to download famous franchised superhero games like that of tasm1-2, batman open world by game loft. And so much more. If they had just kept the deal with the producing houses they could have made so much more. But due to some copyright and legal issues all of those games had to be taken down from the play store. I just say that those were some of the best mobile games I had played.
I remember Gameloft vaguely, i only ever played their java games back in the days, never really stuck to me though, even on more modern devices I never considered gameloft games, admittedly, I am not a Mobile Gamer, I got one game on my phone and that's it.
Man, back when I had iphone 3, this studio was on fire
Why does this video feel like an extremely soulless corporate video essay?
In MC5, Gameloft places ads after multiplayer matches so you are disconnected from the server, and disconnects you from the game server after you watch the reward ad so you don't receive your reward
There is an ad for every click on the menu
0:34 That makes sense why gameloft failed
Zombie infection and zombie infection 2 are the goat of java games period. It was genuinely so good and felt like Resident Evil with unique mechanics but in JAVA. I played them so much in my xpressmusic phone.
The amazing spider man 2🗿forgotten gem
being a game tester at gameloft for 5 years, couldn't agree more.. I think the downfall start from vivendi become the highest shareholder.. a lot of potential games is not published properly and scattered in soft launch...
0:25 what game is this?
Gangster New Orleans
No it is gangstar new York
Gameloft was THE SHIT back in the early 2010s for me. I remember my Blitz Brigade account getting corrupted and therefore lost all my weapons and items. But i randomly logged on to find that my account had been renewed with a bunch of golden guns and currency. What banger customer management!
i am surprised you started from 3d gangstar. I started playing game loft games on java and Symbian phones. Asphalt 3 was one of my favourites
Yeah, we should have mentioned feature phones, genuine mistake from our side
What game is playing in the background?
Gangstar New York
what game was 2:28
Gangstar new orleans
It's so sad that the best mobile games developer come to an end. I had so much good days since I was a 17 years old gamer until now 35 years old😢
Thank you so much for creating this video. So much needed🙏
I liked blitz brigade. Needed more content but the overall gameplay and style was really good
was looking for a comment mentioning blitz brigade, litteraly one of my favorite mobile game when I was younger and my favorite mobile game of Gameloft. Too bad it was fully removed
@@theliggi it’s crazy because all it needed was content and a obviously some mechanic tweaks but the theme was good graphics characters and weapons were good. I’ll always love comics style animation. Good times
Eternal Legacy S60v5 Anna Belle, Asphalt Ngage QD, Brotherhood in Arms N Series and Gameloft Java aswell
Such memories
Especially 6 Guns it was such a Masterpiece considering the Time of its Launch and Map and Graphics by thinking just a Mobile game.
When I was a young, 10-year old brony, I always liked that MLP mobile game despite it just being a generic citybuilder
I just started the video and I’m yelling UNITY IT WAS UNITY
Rise and Fall of Temple Run: ua-cam.com/video/0Pzjl0_iM7o/v-deo.html
What's the music that starts at 1:06
Star Battalion, Asphalt 6 Adrenaline… man those times😢
Back then everyone had at least 1 game made by gameloft downloaded on their phone
each video you make adds so much value. thank you!
Glad you like them!
Bro you seriously copied an Indian UA-camr's script? Word for word, bar for bar?
What an irony, a pajeet explains what copying is while most of their entertainment industry is made out of cheap copies of Hollywood and South in the name of inspiration.
I remember their Ghost Recon Future Soldier and Jurassic Park games were the first phone games I paid actual money for on my second phone, an early Nokia smartphone, I think it might even have been back at the time when you still paid through SMS, and it blew my mind that you could get Gameboy quality games on your phone.
2:07 Even better than the original titles? what are you smoking 🚬?
Their games were also available on Mac computers back when there were barely any games on there.
This channel reminds me of “jinx” it was a show on tv that reviews video games
