  • Welcome dear viewers! This is mastectomy yoga for week 2 & 3 post-op, specifically designed to help guide you through the basic physiotherapist prescribed stretches for this time period.
This class is for everyone. Please take it easy, keep breathing throughout the practice, and meet yourself where you're at. Pause the video to take rest if ever you may need to.
Though I have done extensive research to design this class, I am not a doctor. Please only do these exercises if you have the OK from yours.
    Peace & Love,
    Laura

Thank you for posting this video. Your calm, friendly voice makes me feel like I have a compassionate companion as I begin my healing--always reminding me to breathe and stay in the moment. This is so much more enjoyable than working from the list of exercises my surgeon gave me. I was finding that a chore, and using your videos I now look forward to my exercise sessions. I'm confident this will help me heal.

Thank you 🙏 I had a smx a few days ago, having done yoga for a number of years I was so pleased to come across this video, as following the sheet of exercises from breast cancer care was a little boring and I wanted to put some breathing etc into what I was doing and just couldn’t work my head around it, so this works perfectly 🙏 🧘🏻‍♀️ ❤

Thank you for your post mastectomy videos. Had mine last week. Feels good following your videos. Similar to my yoga teacher with the emphasis on the breathing. Namaste from Malaysia.

I had my first mastectomy two years ago, and my second one on the 13th. Thank you so much for creating these videos! I missed being able to do yoga the first time around, and am so grateful to have a practice I can do now. :)

What is the best time for yoga?
Is it advisable to have yoga daily?
