The way I understand it. Duterte asked congress to legalized the operation of pogo in the country hence, pogo operate with "impunity" under the law. Am I right? If that's the case. Then someone " with a higher educational discipline" can ask the Supreme Court to conduct a "judicial review" on this particular law. That is, to "declare unconstitutional any laws passed by congress that can be deemed against the welfare and security of the state".

I'm still a little bit perturbed of what the senate investigation seemed to be heading on the issue about the ex mayor guo of tarlac. I don't understand why they're focusing mainly on the basis of the mayor's position in holding a "public office" and the question of whether or not she's a "bona fide" citizen of the philippines. Cause all of those are beside the point. What's more important is for the senate investigation committee to prove beyond reasonable doubt that mayor guo have a "direct connection" to the illegal operation of the compounds existence. There are strong evidences against her to prove that the pogo compound is being used as "listening post" by the CCP..
That is the power of money that the people of the governments after for them self .

This issue should be taken by members of congress as very important in the interest of "national security". Congress should "declare" the existence of pogo operations in the country as against the security of the state and dangerous to the welfare of the people.

When this issue about ex mayor guo is done and over with and all responsible people connected to pogo operation have either been sentenced and sent to jail and or deported. The senate investigation committee should re visit this case and find out who are those public officials at present or in the past have "benefitted" immensely in pogo operation. Perhaps. This time the investigation should be handled by the NBI and not someone with half a page of "resume".

The way I observed this on going investigation about the pogo operation . This have become the "center stage" for some members of congress to "demonstrate to the public how high their "egos" are. In other words. The guy who can have a much longer piss will win. And not because he have a much higher intelligence.
