Hey you might try swapping the tray levels halfway through the cooking times. It cooks hotter at the top. And add a bit more cooking time when using multiple trays. I made an 8lb turkey breast bone-in, and it turned out amazing, but I had to increase my cooking time by almost 20 minutes. I also turned it over halfway through the cooking process. Happy cooking...
👍😍Looks yummy. 💝 Thank you ma’am. I love how you laid everything out so he could build his own burger. I had to laugh when your hubby put those itty bitty pieces of lettuce on his burgers. It was like he said to himself “ I already have tomatoes & pickles…I gotta make sure I don’t have too many veggies.” 😂💝
I think I would switched the trays and maybe flipped the burgers over. Just a thought it's 01/19/2020 that I'm watching this. Hubby and I picked up a Bella airfyer and dehydrator at this last Christmas. I have made Chicken breasts and they turned out great! half way thew the time I stopped it and flip flooped the pans (put the one on top on the bottom and vice a versea.
The black paint will come off if you don't have it covered with parchment paper if you have a stubborn stain even if you use a sponge some of the paint will come off and that is not good
Dear lady I don't like the black drip pan without some parchment paper over it and then I put a tray clothes over it this is less clean up and it does not cause any tough stains on my drip pan I'd much rather crumble up parchment paper not every day but every couple of days it all depends on the chicken the juices from the chicken are especially hamburger meat so I didn't know if you know that but I cut just so much of my parchment paper and I cover that black pan and then I put a one of the trays is close as I can on top of it and then I use the other ones for cooking what you're doing and sweet potato also and frozen chicken
You did a great job up spray some good clear olive oil in your hands not from a can but from a pump or just pour some I buy the little spray pumps you get at the Dollar Tree or the dollar store put some of it in both hands rub hands together nail before you put your tray in there for food smear that oil on the top and the bottom of your trays dish will give you cleaner warship and faster with a good hot water in a soaking little tub I always so command good hot soapy water but because I have had that coated both bottom and top with the extra light tasting oil olive oil it really makes clean up a lot faster so I didn't see you do this and I'm really trying to help you even bother and sometimes I have to guess about the time 2 keep up the great work you're really doing a great job I wish you would show more of the racks
We actually have trashed the Power AirFryer Pro. It never worked right. We use the ActiFry that we bought years ago. It works great. I guess I automatically say ActiFry because that is the one we used most of the time. Now we use the ActiFry and we bought a MooSoo Air Fryer oven that works great.
I always rotate the trays for anything that I'm cooking. But 10 minutes for 🍔 is a big NO NO for me. I always put it For 25 minutes. First time I did it (recipe from book) my whole family got food poisoning. Not doing that again. .
Maybe. A lot of times when you get something new to cook with you have to experiment with it to see how it cooks. I don't think anyone masters something on the first try.
HAHAHAAHAH uses air fryer, the stove with pan , and a mess in the kitchen... WHATS THE POINT ? Just POP THE MEAT IN A PAN ON THE STOVE THEN ... hahaaha
It isn't necessary to flip them or switch tray positions. The air fryer circulates the air and the trays are grated so the air cooks the top and bottom of the items in the fryer.
Not really. I would check out other brands. It has flaws and from what I've seen from other YouTubbers they all have the same issues. I would research another model / brand.
Thank you so much I’m definitely doing that now I kind of figured it out I’m out first how long should I cook them on each side I have a air fryer pro I want them to be done all the way
Nicely done Valerie you will have that machine mastered in no time!
I hope so. I need to spend some time reading the directions
That's funny
Yankee Tip: I pour either Worcester sauce or Italian dressing in my empty a1 or 57 sauce bottles to make sure all the goodness comes out
Sounds like a good tip.

Thanks for the feedback. That sounds like good advise. There's always a learning curve with new gadgets. Have a great week.
I LOVE my power air fryer! Use it daily!
That's awesome. I hope to start using mine again as soon as we get settled into the house.
I bought the Pro Air fryer and I have to learn how to use it. Thanks for showing.
It's not to hard. Some of the features are a little difficult to use. I think there are flaws in the design.

You're so right, veggies aren't his thing.
I have the power xl and it works
Great . Take the time to learn your machine. Try different recipes and be patient.
I've had the machine almost 2 years now. I wouldn't recommend it. It has design flaws.
Marlan Scott, I have the same one you do! I hated it at first, but now I love it!
You're supposed to rotate the trays and you are putting it in the rotation area which is why it keeps trying to fall out.
Thanks for the tip

I love the air fryer. That sounds like a good suggestion. I'll have to try it.
Super cool way to make Burger's !!! Now I need something to eat :)
LOL. Have a wonderful day

Did ya get some ingredients yet😂 looks great!
Yes! Thank you!

I use cooking spray on most everything for easy clean up
We use aluminum foil to cover the grease tray, works like a charm

Really the power cooker is great!
I love it so far.
My button near top left kept flashing what does that mean?
Honestly, I got rid of mine. It had issues that I didn't feel like messing with anymore. I got another brand that works great.
That Steve is a lucky man.
LOL. I think you're right.
Thank you
You're Welcome. Have a blessed day
I'm not working it right. I have trouble turning it on
My unit has flaws. It isn't made well and it has starting issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this air fryer.
Hi just got that same on can't wait to try it out!!! Thanks for sharing!!😃😃
Hope you like it! I like using ours
It looks very delicious
Thanks. It was good.
So in total you cooked the burgers for 25 minutes?
It would depend on how thick they were. We like our burgers really thick so these took a long time.
Pretty random question, but where did you get the frog sponge holder? My grandma had one very similar.
I think I bought that in a store in Williamsburg, Virginia. Great question
Just curious...where are you getting the "ActiFry" name? Is that what yours is called? Mine looks identical, but it's called the Power AirFryer Pro.
@@ValerieReese I'm lucky to have a unit that works so well! I've had it for 3 years and wouldn't use anything else.
Nice big burger.
They had good flavor and were juicy
Think I can talk Chris into one of them? Hugs~ Lea
Absolutely. As long as you're cooking he will get you what you need, at least that's how it works here...LOL
I always rotate the trays for anything that I'm cooking. But 10 minutes for 🍔 is a big NO NO for me. I always put it For 25 minutes. First time I did it (recipe from book) my whole family got food poisoning. Not doing that again.
.
We make sure it's cooked all the way through. The air fryer cooks faster than an oven so you have to be careful not to burn your food.
@@ValerieReese thanks
so far i dont like mine i did make some pretty good chic thighs though grill is better for me even in the winter under a porch
I agree. The concept of the airfryer is good, but it has a lot of flaws. I prefer grilling too.
I bought one put hambers in and it took 25 minutes to cook do not know what I did wrong
I'm not sure. It depends on weight and temperature. You have to experiment with it.
Did you rotate the burgers in top to the bottom?
You can do that if you want. I don't think I did.
Valerie Reese I just wondered if they’d cook more even if rotated.
400 is good temp but I put my burgers on 25mins. And DO NOT FOLLOW COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK HOW U NORMALLY COOK IF U WERE BAKING
I usually don't follow a lot of directions when cooking. Thanks for stopping by my channel and leaving a comment. Enjoy your evening
I learned years ago never bother a hungry man STEVE IS HUNGRY Leave him alone LOL LOL LOL
LOL. They were good burgers
better then grilled? cmon lady lol
LOL. Juicier maybe. It depends on how good you are at grilling. Thanks for stopping by.
Other side of lite
U did not turn on the air rotation button lolll
I just got the unit and hadn't gotten used to it yet.
I don't think she knows too much what she's doing
Maybe. A lot of times when you get something new to cook with you have to experiment with it to see how it cooks. I don't think anyone masters something on the first try.
No but . Try it FIRST, THEN put a video out.
If it’s “80% Beef” what is the other 20%???🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Fat
Valerie Reese lol oh I wasn’t sure.
Cause usually it’s 80% lean
I figured it was 80% beef and 20% some other meat.
Well prepared !!!!!!!NOT.
Not sure what's not prepared, but the burgers turned out really good.
HAHAHAAHAH uses air fryer, the stove with pan , and a mess in the kitchen... WHATS THE POINT ? Just POP THE MEAT IN A PAN ON THE STOVE THEN ... hahaaha
The point is to try something different. Win or lose, at least I tried. That's all that matters.
A air fryer is more healthier cooking regardless what u say is easier period
Try preheating the air fryer first. I usually preheat as I prepare the food to be heated.
Thanks for the tip!
I think you should have plugged it in and preheated it before you put the burgers in.
It's not necessary to preheat an air fryer.
I have a question... would it help the burgers cook better if you flipped them or switch tray positions??
It isn't necessary to flip them or switch tray positions. The air fryer circulates the air and the trays are grated so the air cooks the top and bottom of the items in the fryer.
I Flip mine takes less time
The hot food in the large pan behind you made me nervous 😱😱❣️
I try to be careful
Sydna Little I know surprised it didn’t burn her arm and she wasn’t paying attention to that big old pot of something !!!
I never thought to make burgers in an air fryer ~~Sandy
It worked out good.
How-do-you-do a meet love the same way you're doing the Hamburg's please comment back and let me not
Yes, you can do meat the same way
@@ValerieReese What just put it on one of those Shells and cook it that way never did I would like to try it
Hi there, it looks really amazing!! Do you still recomend it ? thanks
No. It had issues with the door. It didn't seal properly and the unit wouldn't start. I junked it and got a Moosoo airfryer oven. It works great.
Hello val carmen and i were thinking of buying this would you recommend this after using it for over a year
Not really. I would check out other brands. It has flaws and from what I've seen from other YouTubbers they all have the same issues. I would research another model / brand.
@@ValerieReese thanks
I’m about to do the same thing right now wish me luck I have frozen patties should I unthaw them
I would thaw them out so the inside gets cooked well.
Thank you so much I’m definitely doing that now I kind of figured it out I’m out first how long should I cook them on each side I have a air fryer pro I want them to be done all the way
@@lakeithcooperwood2998 It depends on how thick they are. I would go by looks and use a food thermometer.
I’m cooking the Johnsonville ones
My mom gave it to me but I had no instructions
Check his figures. lol I think he ate a few. lol
They were some good burgers.
How long did you have to cook them to get them where you wanted?
I think I cooked them for 25 minutes. They were pretty big
@@ValerieReese they say the air fryer cooks faster, but that seems like a long time for those burgers.
Thanks!
You're welcome. They were good for a first try
I've never tried burgers in the airfyer. Now I will.
They turned out great and clean up was easy.
