Hey HT-Physio. I read that Hip Bursitis is commonly glute med tendinopathy. Do you have a video or recommendation for exercises for that? Would they be different?
Im 61 year s old, many exercises i watch one Dr Michael Row,and you,, you two the only exercise i feel better now than before thank you for your tips ❤❤❤i keep watching your vedio s God bless you,, Delma Estrada from Philippines
I would love to buy your book, just to thank you for all your wonderful, well-explained advice. However, I am 80, and my friends are not young either, and we all love your videos.Could you print a book with larger fonts? I am sure you will have many customers. I know I can buy it on Kindle, but I prefer a book I can hold in my hands. I am still very active. Climb 10 flights of stairs every day. I got the problem you mentioned in this video while playing pickleball, which I have done for 18 months. Thanks
I went to the PT, she gave me none of these exercises and she didn't explain a single thing she did suggest for me. She is a very successful person and I mean her no criticism but she didn't help me. This explanation of what is going on and how I might heal myself, is just what I've been looking for.
Wonderful exercises! Question can you do both sides even though you may not have a problem on one side ? I know we are lying on side which we aren’t supposed to do for the hip that is injured. I just would like to increase strength on both sides. Thank you for your response.
That is so frustrating! As a former chiropractic assistant, we learned the importance of exercises to help with the healing process of the spine. I found for many patients that made the world of difference. Many of them had gone to chiropractors in the past that didn't utilize exercises as well. It helps to strengthen the weakened muscles, and keeps surrounding areas healthy and strong.
I had pain to walk for a lover a month . You explained compression directly and I did the strengthening exercises vs stretching now my pain is 95% gone . Glute strengthening was the key phrase that alleviated my trochanteric bursitis. PT is unavailable until the new year. Your video cured my pain. Thank you so much 😊
First thank you for explaining the cause of the inflammation of the hip bursitis. I'm going to try these starting today, as I've been suffering with it for a while.
Just discovered your channel and subscribed. Thank you for your excellent demonstrations and explanations. In my experience (I'm 66yrs), I find it incredible that one can find such clarity and simplistic instructions on the web and get results. But, in the real world, seeking "Professional" help usually ends up being futile. Once again, thank you very much - Have a great day.
As a former PCA working in inpatient, outpatient, and neuroscience environments, you are an example of all the dedicated, skilled, and patient therapists I have had the pleasure of working with or observing. This is a great video. I felt like I was right there with you.
Wow, thank you. Suffered badly for the last 4 years with trochanteric bursitis, been through all the pain meds, latest leaving me unable to sleep, and still in excruciating pain, physio gave me one steroid injection and that helped get me walking again, and have managed to up this to average 5 Mile's per day over our local moors, but a recent short slip has set me back to zero, so wide awake and in terrible pain at 3am, I discovered a heat pad! Why had I not thought of this before, when I e didn't help I don't know, and then a trawl of the Web brought be here, and the penny dropped with your description of how we 'roll' the hip! Makes so much sense, and I is something I even suggested to both gp and physio, that I needed help to try to correct this! Non of them suggested glute exercise, and I have just done a mild round of the knee band stretches along with heat pad, and it has straight away alleviated some of the pain. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this fantastic tutorial.
Without being dramatic, you have quite literally saved my life!! I have scoliosis, roto scoliosis DDD & just to top it off I fell & # my hip 2 yrs. ago!! (I am 73 yrs old) PT that was given to me was all but useless & every time I went back to the surgeon to complain about still being in pain...she'd refer me back to physio! (classic pass the buck cause I don't care)! Suffice it to say 2 yrs. later & I am in a lot of pain, mostly back but hip as well. I had 1 bursitis injection & it was miraculous so I am hopeful with your stretches & exercises for both my back & hip that I might have a chance ! God Bless YOU!! (ps GP is incompetent+++ so I'm on my own!)
Rather than being a comrade-in-arms, I'm a comrade-in-pain alongside you Kathy. I've been dealing with a failed meniscus surgery that eventually irritated my IT band. GP was no help. Orthopedic surgeons, several, have been no help - they've just all sent me to physical therapists who haven't fixed the problem, so like you, I'm on my own. I've just begun these exercises this evening and will do them consistently 3x a day as instructed by our good doctor, Dr. Harlow. I wish you the best with your journey to healing.
I have had bad hip bursa pain for 2 years. It started after my hip replacement. I had it all...PT, shots, pills and nothing helps. My life has changed from being very active tositting in a chair. Looking for help!!
I am interested to know how you are getting on with these exercises. My own hip bursitis has just flared up after many years of dormancy, and this video popped up, so im going to get cracking on the rehab pronto!@deblawrence8341
I've had 2 shots this past year in my right hip for bursitis. The PT I went to suggested nothing to work the glutes, and my hip pain has returned. I have resistance bands and used one to follow along with the first exercise and I could feel the area you are talking about tensing and relaxing. I also had NO IDEA about not crossing my legs! I have right knee pain from arthritis that's right behind my kneecap, so it's painful to bend my knee very far, but you exercises don't hurt my knee. I've been doing stretches for sciatica that stretch the hip muscle the wrong way, so I'm going to stop doing that, stop crossing my legs, and start doing your exercises for the next couple of weeks to see how my hip feels. I'm glad to have found your video. Your explanation is very clear and your demonstration of the exercises is easy to follow. Thank you so much! I'll post again after trying these for a few weeks.
I have had this problem for years and i think it's because of my bad knee and the way i walk. Tried all the stretches and makes it worse. I have now been using all these exercises every day and have seen a remarkable change in the pain levels of my hip and i thank this PT for this video and all his advice 😊
Thank you so much. I saw my Dr last week with a bulge in this area and a pain and stinging. She made no diagnosis and told me to take Panadol for the pain. Bless you for helping us oldies out. ❤️
Excellent! I'm 71 and believe this might be my hip pain issue from your clear description of the problem. I will give these exercises a go and see what happens. Many thanks for your excellent channel.
We do these exercises all the time at my clinic but without the pillow. I didn’t realize that knees together could perpetuate the problem! This is wonderful information I can’t wait to share with my clients and colleagues! I’m definitely looking into your book. Thank you!
I really needed this. I was about to ask for something for the center of my upper back. I had a frozen back till a serious fall loosened everything. Because of Covid I was unable to attend physio and now can't get to see a doctor because of backlog! The timing of finding you is perfect! Thank you. At 80, it's important that I regain my musculature as quickly and as easily as possible.
Thank you for this video. I have had excruciating pain in the hip bursa with that tendon rubbing against it as you described and I hope to get more improvement with this video. Thank you. I will also look for your book on Amazon.
Where was this video three years ago? I almost had hip replacement surgery until I went to a different doctor. He started me on steroid injections that last about four months. I've been very frustrated since I LOVE to walk and have had to cut way back since this all started. THANK YOU!
Im about to try these exercises..I'mm poor on consistency..but need relief. Will i love your voice..your tone..your understanding and God bless your ministry. Wish my glutes could look strong like yours. I vow to get there. Im 67.
Thank you 🙏🏼!! It sounds ridiculous, but after just one day of doing a couple of these exercises 3x, I feel much better. These exercises helped have helped relieve the pain. Thank you for explaining what was going on-and telling me NOT to stretch. You are a BLESSING!!
That is fantastic to hear, I'm so pleased you noticed such a drastic benefit from the exercises and I'm pleased I was able to shed some light on what you were experiencing - keep up the great work :)
I was told I have bursitis in both hips over a year ago but was not actually examined. I was never told what I needed to do to help with it apart from taking painkillers. I now have 3 disc bulges in my lumbar spine which are touching the nerve routes and causing mild to moderate stenosis, on top of the pain in my hips. Finally getting an x-ray on my hips next week to get a confirmed diagnosis. Will hopefully be able to start doing some of the exercises you have illustrated, had to completely stop going to the gym/classes as everything aggravates my back and hips 😢. Once again , thank you for a very informative video ❤
Thank you. My friend is suffering from bursitis. He had one hip replaced 4 years ago. Last week his doctor gave him these same exercises, but on a sheet of paper with no explanation. I shared your video to him.
I have had this left hip pain and just thought it was related to my knee replacement throwing off my gait. Now I see there is something I can try to do to help my hip! Thank you so much! I can't wait to try it!!!
Thank you for this excellent video! A few years ago I had a left hip replacement after suffering from bursitis in both hips-left side was worse. Now the right side is starting to ‘go’, and the left has been compensating, resulting in lower back pain and glute stiffness. I still do the PT exercises I learned pre-replacement. I’m glad your video popped up in my feed today-I did the exercises and I can feel relief on the left side. I’ll work on the right side in a few. Thanks again!
Ever since my hip replacement, I've suffered with pain in that joint and had no idea I was just depending on that hip and not my gluten that are all attached and definitely help the hip Thank you!!! I feel better already.
I am 38 and have had issues with this hip pain since my Army days in the early 2000s. I don't know how many doctors and physical therapist I have seen for this issue. I would often be given a list of these exercises but they never explained any of this. I would do the exercises and I would feel pain so I stopped and finally just gave up. Your advice for not crossing your legs is golden. I recently quit doing that because I noticed my hip would flare up when I did. I am also a side sleeper and recently started sleeping with a pillow between my legs and that has helped too. I didn't even think of using a pillow while doing these exercises. I just tried them and I can already tell a huge difference. I am so glad I found your video because I was really getting worried that surgery was certainly in the future and I would rather do everything I can to not go that route.
I've had hip bursitis for a few years due to being a runner for 38 years, etc. I have watched hundreds of videos and have not found one that addresses the fluid buildup in the hip joint which causes bursitis, draining the fluid is not recommended.
Ok, I know this is for people 55+ but, I needed this! 6months post labrum repair tear and have tried so many exercises all the time to improve my gluts so I can walk properly again, including the clam(in variations), and I swear…and this is the only way I felt the glut. I’m subscribed. If you have any suggestions for hip labrum tears/ post surgery maintenance, I will be forever grateful!
I had physio for my trochanteric bursitis however as it wasn't improving despite my adherence to the exercises over several months the physio suggested I have specialised gait analysis performed - I went ahead with gait analysis which revealed that the bursitis-affected leg was a bit shorter than the other leg. I had made to measure raised heel lift for affected leg plus instep roll for other foot. Absolutely transformative and I haven't looked back!
Yes me too. I have always put a’talonette’ in my left shoe. I haven’t told my therapist but l will. The difference in length of my legs is exacerbated after my accident. Thanks for reminding me!
I'm happy to have found this, I have had undiagnosed hip burstitus for years , I have now been diagnosed with bursitis, it's worse on my right side. I want to get back into my regular yoga practice, cycling and walking as I've been advised by a physiotherapist to rest for 10 weeks and follow the exercises he's given to me. I will add these exercises to my daily routine. Thanks. If anyone who is going through this condition has any tips please respond to my msg. Good luck y'all. Keep safe ❤
Checkout precision movement on UA-cam. They dispel the myths and lies we've been told they have an orthopedic surgeon speaking plus exercises. Worth a look . Bless you all I hope you can find a way to heal .
I'm so happy I came across your video. I've been suffering almost 2 excruciating years with arthritis and bursitis in both my hips. I quit smoking 4 yrs in November and started walking 3 yrs ago. I ❤Ed my walking until my pain was unbearable. I have a huge habit of crossing my legs and now I know why I'm having so much pain.
Will, I finally watched you on my computer instead of on UA-cam so I can comment. I just signed up for your 3-Tips so thank you for making that available. I wish I could come to your office but the videos are the best I can do. I do try to save the UA-cam videos so that I'll remember but if I try to remember which ones I should do in bed before I get up, is tough--too many running through my head. I think you have a great approach to your subject and very comforting voice. Great job always. If I do get your book I'd have to make it a priority to select some exercises to do each day. I have never been good with following through on these things. Does the new book have suggested routines? That would be helpful. Hope you get a chance to read this and respond.
The video is explained very well I had outer thigh pain for over 3 months was doing exercises for sciatica it just wasn’t getting any better until I found this within two days the pain had disappeared it felt like the pain was right in the bone. Of the thigh so I,m so pleased to have found you I,ve also done many more of you videos I felt for the first time in years I,ve learnt what must have been causing the pain in my lower back and legs to cause me so much pain weak glutes so thank you so much 😊
I have had hip problems all my life, 2 hip surgeries, and the last one resulting in hip replacement anterior approach, I’ve been through many rounds of PT and not one of them has directed me to do this! This makes total sense!! Even after my hip replacement this year 6/23 I still have issues!! I will definitely try these!! Thank you❤
Been dealing with hip bursitis (and possibly sciatica/lumbar disc bulge) since last January. Am working with a physiotherapist and doing glute exercises. Word of caution to those in similar situation: don't go at these exercises too hard. When I got pretty good at them, I increased the resistance band strength and that seemed to aggravate things. Patience is a virtue as they say :) Also, sleep with pillow between your knees if you are a side sleeper.
Thank you THANK YOU i feel heard and seen and finally have a starting place! Happy to invest in your book over countless doctor appmnts & endless painkiller meds. Love the way you present, simple, actionable and digestible. Cheers!!
Hi, thanks so much for the education to improve the quality of life for older people. Your exercises are easy to follow, and the explanation of the causes of problems is always included and clear. Big thumbs up. I am 70 and was diagnosed with mild osteoarthrosis of my right hip. It hurts sometimes. Can these exercises help to improve the pain? Thank you.
I LOVE the description and the use of the hip model. That validates exactly my condition of glute medius and minimum being weak and the cause. Excellent. Thanks you.
Thank you- after 6mo of dealing with pain and no answers I just received a bursitis diagnosis, after PT for low back pain and exercise which didn't help the bursitis at all! Starting this routine immediately, and even as I watched, sending such gratitude from western mass.
I am not sure I have ever commented on a youtube video before but this one has really helped me! I am not over 50 but I gave myself some hip pain by running a bit too much (daft, I know), and these exercises have helped a lot in just a few days. Thank you!
Thankyou I have been putting up with accute bursitis and tenderness for over 12 year's. I have had possibly 15 cortisone injections over this time and noone has ever mentioned the gluten until I went to a pain clinic yesterday and was told about your video. I went and brought the stretchy bands today and I am now going to replay this video daily
I had Trocanteric Bursitis with a fluid-filled bursa that needed aspiration and a cortisteroid injection... It was very painful and on the verge of infection! This demonstration has been key in calming the area and preventing on-going trocanter inflammation. Yes, also heat and cold applications, and eliminating stairs for a while. Thank you and God bless you.
I have suffered with hip bursitis for 3 years. Wills explanation has made things a lot clearer for me to understand the condition. Will definitely be trying these exercises. Thank you……
Left a comment earlier. Too soon. Now that I have actually tried your stretches. Thank you so so so much! I am in extreme pain a lot of the time. I don’t have a resistance band, but every other one fixed my pain immediately. I am in the most pain when I’m in bed. This stretch when I wake up 👌 fast and simple. Before all I did was glute bridges. That worked great for a while, after 2 years I needed more. lol about you saying don’t cross your legs, I’m always curled up in a ball. Couch, or bed, my knees are to my chest. I know that’s a huge part of why I’m always in pain, I just can’t help it. Even when I’m in a lot of pain, I have a hard time laying down straight or sitting down like normal.
4:07 *My point is where you are point out in the video, that's where, I am in pain* . *I am walking like Trendelenburg gait , ( SIDE TO SIDE - Pengiun walk )*
Great video. I was diagnosed with hip bursitis 12 months ago from an MRI scan. I’ve been doing similar exercises which have relieved the pain in my hip but not in my groin. Can this pain still be the bursitis? Thanks
Thank you, thank you, thank you! My doctor talked to me about my arthritis and bursitis in my hip and he said I need to exercise the muscles around the joint. But I didn't know what exercises I needed to do. So helpful Will!
I have just come across this video. Have had hip pain on both sides for over 3 years in exactly the spots you talk about. Tried all sorts of treatments. Put it down to my middle age and hormones but HRT hasn't helped with this either so I was getting quite frustrated and deal with shooting pains most of the night. I'd now say it was chronic. Will try these. One question though - you mentioned about how this can effect stance/gait. Could it be that I have had this problem for so long it also now causes the severe pain in my right foot too? ( A lump almost, on top but outside of right foot just in front of the heel?
Thanks for the really informative video. You are are treasure for us seniors. Question: I had a hip replacement (here in Germany) 3 years ago and I still have pain issues. My orthopedist suspects bursitis so I'm going to try your exercises. You mentioned not crossing legs which I find really comfortable so it's going to be a hard habit to break. Is it OK to rest one ankle on the other knee? Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! I’ve been one of those people trying to stretch multiple times per day and walking more, etc but nothing was getting better or helping out my back/glutes! Just incorporated these exercises for the first time after finding this informative video and I believe this is what I have on my right side! Pain/weakness/tightness & tenderness in the hip/glute area + some lower back pain on that side and that leg is shorter! I also experience lots of popping on that side. It will be hard not to cross my legs at all but I’m going to do my best! Ever since I had explant surgery a few years ago, my right side of my body has never been the same and have had some nerve damage issues. Praying this helps!! I’m ready to get back to hiking and my HIIT workouts! Thank you so much again!!
Thank you, I have this problem, I will try these exercises. At the moment, I also have a pain sort of around and behind the top half of the femur when I go upstairs, I've been avoiding it by going up one step at a time with my left leg and just carrying the right leg to the next step like that, without ever using the right leg to go up a step. I wonder if this is also because of bursitis, or could it be from other lower back joint or disk problems I have? I'm pretty miserable at the moment.
That's a great video, I think I discovered what my hip issue is I'm a side sleeper and I have I think this bursitis on one of my hips and I think it's because I cross my legs when I sleep and maybe that's caused it so I'm going to have to get a pillow and do some of the exercises but because I'm a side sleeper I do that because I snore my back so I sleep on my side that I don't snore. I will do these exercises and see how far I can take it but I guess you can't cross your legs when you sleep on your side possibly
Thank You. i had been going to physical therapy for my right hip pain (Bursitis). They had me doing a lot of stretching of my hip with no improvement. I will start using these strengthening exercises. Strange thing my hip only hurts when in bed. I'm a side sleeper, hurts when laying on either side. I can only stay in bed for 1-2 hours, then have to move to the recliner for the rest of the night. It does not effect any of my walking activities. Have to walk because of heart attack issues. Thanks Again!!!
I just discovered I have the hip bursitis and waiting to take my physical therapy, but in the mean time I want to try and do something now while I wait to get in. thank you it is very helpful going to get started right away trying these exercises
My NHS physio told me to do the first exercise sitting on the floor with the resistance band around my ankles & my hand to my sides on the floor, I couldn’t do it & gave up BUT I feel confident I can manage the sitting stance you’ve demonstrated. Thank you!
Hi do like the sound of these exersizes and the simple explunation. I have gluteal tendonoporhy as well as the bursitis! Not sure if it still ok for me to do them bad a go and its burning a bit🤷♀️ x
Thanks a million for your detailed instructions and clear explanations. I did it once and has less pain with my hip bursitis Is it ok to do bridge and plank with bursitis problems

Hi and if the pain is both from hip bursitis and from the abductor that was injured by a wrong stretch?😢
Thank you. Great video. Very helpful.

I am still very active. Climb 10 flights of stairs every day. I got the problem you mentioned in this video while playing pickleball, which I have done for 18 months. Thanks
After overdoing it I was in bed for 2 days after Thanksgiving… so glad i discovered these exercises-I’m moving again!

@jennifercockrill6356 Did you try what is shown in the video? Did it help?
She probably has a vested interest in not telling you everything to heal your problem

This pain is unreal..came on gradually..hope we get better
Thank for the heat pad tip👍
this doctor is genius man im telling you,the way he explains the problem and the way he describe how to train/streach is on another level best doc W
Thank you for explaining the danger of "cross-over" during clam and leg lift excercises! Will be trying this immedialy!

At 80, it's important that I regain my musculature as quickly and as easily as possible.
I'm sorry you've been experiencing this - I hope my channel is about to offer some guidance whilst you wait to see your doctor
Are you better now
Dr. Harlow, I do sincerely thank you. All your videos are well produced and are very helpful. I wish you the very best. Take care.
Thank you so much, I'm so pleased my videos are helpful! All the best to you too :)
This is what I need to do ! Hip joints get stiff after driving long hours ! And am 70 wanting to act 50 !
Thank you for sharing - it's important for people to understand why they're doing certain exercises and how to do them effectively!
Began exercises at 3:26. Good use of my time and the exercises are the best that I have found on-line....Thanks very much.
Thanks. This "I am going to show you, bla bla..." is irritating.
I was sent for aquatic therapy. It made doing the exercises SO much better. I recommend asking your dr if it would be beneficial for your situation.
Another very helpful video. Your videos (and book) are making a tremendous positive difference in this body’s existence!!Thank you!🙏🏼
Ever since my hip replacement, I've suffered with pain in that joint and had no idea I was just depending on that hip and not my gluten that are all attached and definitely help the hip
Thank you!!! I feel better already.
Thank you. Brilliant distinction between the effect of the stretching and the need to stretchen the glut muscles for hip bursitis.
Please tell me you live in the NY/NJ area so I can consult with your Drs. I know that this is most likely my issue.
Of the thigh so I,m so pleased to have found you I,ve also done many more of you videos I felt for the first time in years I,ve learnt what must have been causing the pain in my lower back and legs to cause me so much pain weak glutes so thank you so much 😊
I am so glad I found your video! I’ve been in pain for about 2 years and was tired of getting injections. This should be extremely helpful!!🙏🏾
This was fabulous!!! I have to stop the stretching!
Thanks
Thank you!! Have had pain in my hips for 4 weeks now so will definitely do these exercises. :)
Thank you❤
Are these work for you..
@@eiraparker6987 Yes it is. Don't give up and be kind to yourself.
Didnt sleep whole night due to pain. I thought its sacrolic joint pain
Had hip pain for weeks, almost completely gone in 24 hours. Thank you!!!
Wow❤
Just got my 1st shot today. Ongoing 2 years, life changing for me, the pain can seriously be absolutely AWFUL. ..Thank you
Looking forward to trying this excercise. Thank you very much.😊
Thank you THANK YOU i feel heard and seen and finally have a starting place! Happy to invest in your book over countless doctor appmnts & endless painkiller meds. Love the way you present, simple, actionable and digestible. Cheers!!
Excellent! There is hope for me after all! I so appreciate your generous sharing of this knowledge. With love from Atlanta.
So helpful Will. I have suffered with hip bursitis since hip replacement. Will try these.
Same here. How are you managing now?
Hi, thanks so much for the education to improve the quality of life for older people. Your exercises are easy to follow, and the explanation of the causes of problems is always included and clear. Big thumbs up.
I am 70 and was diagnosed with mild osteoarthrosis of my right hip. It hurts sometimes. Can these exercises help to improve the pain? Thank you.

Hiw about pain in the flat bones near the glutes?
I LOVE the description and the use of the hip model. That validates exactly my condition of glute medius and minimum being weak and the cause. Excellent. Thanks you.
Thank you- after 6mo of dealing with pain and no answers I just received a bursitis diagnosis, after PT for low back pain and exercise which didn't help the bursitis at all! Starting this routine immediately, and even as I watched, sending such gratitude from western mass.
Will definitely be doing this , I’ve been in terrible Paine for 8 years , thank you for some hope!!
Thanks so much. Definitely going to start these exercises.
Your exercises for knee pain help me a lot. Thank you, doctor, now I will try those for hip, must be so good as others
Thanks!
Hi Will, I follow your exercises and find the soreness outside my hip is gone. Thank you very much.
I just completed the exercise and so amazed of how it helped relieved the tension on my hips. Thank you for doing this video. You're a God send.
Thank you……
So pleased my video was able to shed some light on what you've been experiencing - I hope the exercises prove beneficial :)
Had hip replacement in November 2023 and my glutes weak Which I have hip bursitis. This is helping
I’ll give these a serious go…thanks so much Will!
A million thank-you's for this video Will --- am going to start tomorrow x
4:07 *My point is where you are point out in the video, that's where, I am in pain* .
*I am walking like Trendelenburg gait , ( SIDE TO SIDE - Pengiun walk )*
Great video. I was diagnosed with hip bursitis 12 months ago from an MRI scan. I’ve been doing similar exercises which have relieved the pain in my hip but not in my groin. Can this pain still be the bursitis? Thanks
I wondered what was causing my pain. Thank you for this video and the explanation. Very helpful.
So pleased I was able to shed some light on what you are experiencing!
Putting the focus on strengthening and not stretching is very useful information. Thank you.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! My doctor talked to me about my arthritis and bursitis in my hip and he said I need to exercise the muscles around the joint. But I didn't know what exercises I needed to do. So helpful Will!
Have you started doing these exercises and how are they doing for you? Thank you for any help
THANK YOU!
just starting them!
Thank you!!! Direct, well explained and not difficult.
Thank You. i had been going to physical therapy for my right hip pain (Bursitis).
You wrote this 2 months ago. I, like you, am waiting for my first PT visit. Did these exercises help? Was your therapist mad you were doing them?
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge. Your videos are very well explained and your exercise routines are great 🏃🏽♂️🤸🤾⛹️
You're just amazing Will. Many thanks for all the great recovery tips.
My NHS physio told me to do the first exercise sitting on the floor with the resistance band around my ankles & my hand to my sides on the floor, I couldn’t do it & gave up BUT I feel confident I can manage the sitting stance you’ve demonstrated. Thank you!
Excellent instruction. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much! I'm excited to try your exercises...been suffering for a couple of years now!
I hope they prove beneficial for you!
Hi do like the sound of these exersizes and the simple explunation. I have gluteal tendonoporhy as well as the bursitis! Not sure if it still ok for me to do them bad a go and its burning a bit🤷♀️ x
This was awesome! You explained so much as to why my glute is always an issue and why I walk with my knee turning inward. Thank you for this!
I’m so thankful for your UA-cam video. On to Amazon now to purchase your book! 🙏🏼
I had a release of the ITB bursectomy. After the operation I am in more pain then ever. I will definitely do the excuses. Thank you
Thank you so much it was very helpful exercise to ease my hip pain.
this is so exact what i needed!, I have an injuri from running, and this is destressing the hip a lot!, Very good explanation !
Many thanks, I will do these. It is very painful at present.
I'm going to try these excerises. My bursitis & sciatica at the same time are so painful. Thank you for showing us these 5 excerises.
I hope they prove beneficial for you - I'm wishing you all the best :)
Thanks a million for your detailed instructions and clear explanations. I did it once and has less pain with my hip bursitis
Is it ok to do bridge and plank with bursitis problems
Thank you so much. One of the best videos I have seen
Aloha!! Love the precision and eyes for alignment. Practice proper form for long term gains 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
These exercises give me hope. I start today!
Has it helped
