1 - Privacy nightmare. People can see you from at least 300 degree angle. You have to close yourself like in a bunker past sunset
2 - Terraces are pretty small
3- Living Room looks dull, and what's with the extra stairs to get to the main stairs ? I can see everybody tripping over those
4 - Tiled walls in bathrooms ?

Agreed. Very disjointed. At times they're point at things and talking about them, but we can't see them, then they have a quick 5 second cut of a totally different room smh.

If the house were in Beverly Hills or Bel Air it would be 3000 dollars a sq ft---Not so in Corona Del Mar--Laguna Beach is just as expensive as CDM so this house is priced accordingly---I think real estate prices today are all 25% too high---This house should be closer to the 8 or 9 million dollar mark===It is a beautifully done house---no question
