Beautiful home and the lot and situation are wonderful---I could buy it furnished and then add some artwork and accessories---No sq ft given---I would guess 6 to 7 thousand perhaps---Elegant yet livable

No proper positioning for formal dining room,nways just nice house with squeezed kitchen, though the backyard view is phenomenal.

This house is a disaster. At $1.5 million, it would be fine but at $11.5 million it is a joke. No built in barbecue island, no splashing water feature, no patio cover, no real front yard as it is all hard scaped. They added a grass feature between the front yard tiles because they knew they needed to add some green somewhere. Clear glass front doors? This has 1 family room and 2 living rooms separated by a wall which makes no sense. It has no real game room, no pool house and no fire pit. The kitchen is small but I honestly don't know how one would fix this mess. This is the peak of bubble madness where a flipper comes in and overpays for the property and then does a quick remodel only to mark it up even more by picking a price out of thin air.

I watched all your video show, I still do not know the specifics of the house, as number of bedrooms, measurements, realtors, and more. in the whole episode your camera man, only showed yo, not the house. Your episode is good to take it home and show it to your kids, so that they can be happy to see their father in video. I suggest you look at NS episodes and learn how to make episodes.

The grey does not complement the marble/stonework throughout the house. The house seems overdone. Removing just half of all the flourishes/moldings in this house would still make it beautiful. You can pay $38 million for it but you will still have to put another $25+ million to change out all the stone/marble that doesn't go with the grey. The plan of the house is choppy. The owner's closet is not big enough for $38 mil. But you did a great job on the tour! Thanks for sharing!
