I’m from Manhattan Beach (El Porto) by way of the Hollywood Hills (pre-earthquake), so no problem being 12 feet from the neighbors. Definitely a $20M house with a dream price of 😂$40M+. I grew up in Southern California. My grandmother lived in Newport Beach, within walking distance of the ocean. I remember in the 1960s, my dad toured the houses on Lido Island. He came back pissed and insulted because they were asking $65,000 for the new homes there. As you can see from the dates, I'm old.
