    Dare friend, I love your workouts and I'll begin with the exercises you so highly recommend as soon as possible, but I'm concerned about the view number on your videos. How can a coach as you are, with a remarkable personality not be recognized among others like charliejames1975, techmaster8 etc. ? Your videos feels much more real and serious than the others.     Yes, but resting on your elbows is safer.
