  • The 'Table-top' position is a good exercise to challenge the Transversus Abdominis (TA) and improve your core stability.
    Pull the belly button into your spine and keep the back flat against the floor (this activates the TA) and bring your knees up off the floor like in the video.
    Allow one knee to straighten as you resist the arching of the lower back. Make this exercise harder by bringing the straight leg as close to the floor as possible, but remember: avoid arching the lower back!
