  • The Bear Crawl is a great static and deep core stabilizer endurance exercise; having clients walk out into a plank is a little more challenging and increases the strain against gravity.
    Start in a bear crawl or plank hold; make sure the hands are underneath the shoulders and in bear crawl, the knees are below the hips.
    1) Take small steps with the legs - avoid lifting the knees too far away from the ground
    2) Maintain a neutral core with minimal shifting

    I knew it, it is a technique but when I first did it I was called a cheater.
