Spicy Beef Chipotle Chili ~ How To Make Chili ~ Soup Season

Take your chili to the next level with a few swaps to rev things up. Chipotle chili peppers in adobo is the star in this deliciously spicy chili.
1/2 lb. chorizo sausage
2 lb. stew meat or chuck roast cut into 1" or smaller cubes
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 c. water
2 chipotle chilies in adobo (or more to taste)
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 t. seasoned salt
1-2 t. garlic powder
1-2 t. cumin
1 bay leaf
1-2 T. agave nectar
1 T. worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lime
Cornmeal slurry, if desired
