Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix ~ Double Chocolate and White Chocolate ~ Hot Chocolate Bar Ideas ~ Christmas

Easy and delicious homemade hot cocoa mix. Makes a great Christmas gift. Add 3 heaping tablespoons of either flavor to 8 oz. of hot milk or water.
Double Chocolate
3 c. powdered instant milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. dutch processed cocoa powder
1 pkg. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Homemade marshmallows: • Homemade Marshmallows ...
White Chocolate
2 c. powdered instant milk
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. quality white chocolate bar
1 pkg. white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 pkg. white baking chips
Mix in ideas:
Double Chocolate
Butterscotch Toffee: 1-2 t. Heath Toffee Bits
Chocolate Mint: 1-2 t. Creme de Menthe Bits
Mexican Hot Chocolate: 1 dash each of cinnamon, chili powder and nutmeg
S'More: 1-2 t. graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows toasted
White Chocolate:
Peppermint Stick: 1-2 t. Peppermint Bark
Salted Caramel: 1-2 t. Caramel Bits and a dash of Sea Salt
Snickerdoodle Cookie: 1 dash each of raw sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg
Christmas Sugar Cookie: 1 dash of raw sugar and 1-2 t. sprinkles
Disney Frozen: 1-2 t. Frozen Sprinkle Mix (assorted blue sprinkles, snowflake sprinkles and pearl sprinkles)
Sugar Plum Fairy: 1-2 t. Sugar Plum Mix (assorted pink sprinkles, pastel sprinkles and gold glitter sprinkles)
