    This is a channel for people who suffer from DPDR and anxiety (depersonalization and derelization - DPDR). If you have depersonalization or derealization there is a way to get out of it and get your life back. DPDR is a symptom of anxiety that makes you feel like you're looking at yourself from the outside (depersonalization) or you experience life 'like looking through a fishbowl' (derealization). More symptoms include emotional numbness, panic attacks, racing heart, intrusive thoughts, feelings of dread, visual snow, catastrophising and so many more.
    It can be extremely scary and exhausting and often it feels like there is no way out which causes a lot of anxiety. However, there is a way out and it's absolutely possible to live a normal and connected life, permanently.

    Why i feel like dp/dr will never go away , i don’t know what to do more ?? how did u guys recover what’s the secret ? I’m doing my best but i still have anxiety. I go to the gym everyday , i read , i work , i’m most of the time active and now i have start to eat only healthy food. No coffe no sugar .Pls Daniel what did you personally did to overcome this hell? Last summer i was worse but this summer i still have anxiety? I havr understand how anxiety works and i’ not afraid at all but why is lasting so much i’m afraid this can last for years when other people have overcome this for 1 year idk what else to do . I feel bad because i feel strange to myself , no feeling , i can’t be happy like before , nothing matters , i feel so tired all the time no energy and i feel like all my memories are not mine enymore i need my old life back + i’m with SSRI . What is the problem ? I need a honest answer from you? One more thing i don’t have stress anymore but i feel sometime down like why i’m living when i can’t feel happiness ? I’m tired from this . My doc is saying that i’m on recovey that’s why i have ups and downs😅

      Recovery can feel difficult and have ups and downs. I can see you're doing lots of physical things to help, which is great, but anxiety and DPDR is born in the mind, are you doing any mental things? You also say you're not anxious or scared but also you say you are anxious and scared - so there's obviously conflicting things happening. Everything I did to recover is in The Freedom Course which guides you step by step on what you need to do to recover - you should check it out, it's already helping lots of people in the same situation as you :) www.thefreedomcourse.net

      you need to look into CFS its similar to anxiety and has the same symptoms everyone can recover even i did
