I think my biggest thing is that I never feel like I have anxiety. I feel absolutely fine and I actively try not to think about it yet it never changes or goes away…

My biggest mistake was doing a little bit of amphetamines and MDMA after I got DPDR. I wanted to forget the whole situation but it actually got worse. It makes me so scared something in my brains is changed permanently. :((
Nothing has changed permanently, you just need to bring your levels of anxiety down. Get in touch if you want to talk about it calendly.com/discoverycallwithdan/60min
i’m been doing good for weeks now but sometimes think about it a lot and get a little anxious(not too bad tho) do you think it will just fade if keep up my recovery process
It will - when a thought pops in do your best to replace it with a more helpful one like your plans for the future. Really great to hear you've been doing good for weeks!
@@DanielBakerDPDRexpert Thanks, do you think it will still fade away as time goes if i am doing stuff everyday and have a routine even if i still get a sad sometimes and think about it
You're right, it is a symptom of anxiety and I educate people on that in all my vids. People come to me for help with their anxiety which ultimately lifts the DPDR.

Some foods still make me feel that way brain foggy etc
Food can have that effect, it was coffee for me. As you recover things return to normal.
@@DanielBakerDPDRexpert yah I'm normal except for a few moments which is good stuff

No such thing as DPDR recovery. it's an anxiety symptom and you shouldn't be charging people 1000 dollars to "cure" it.

Thats a lot for coaching
It's cheap compared to a lot of other offers out there :)
