    Oops! You need to edit your description above. But the egg bagels are a great way to use up our extra egg yolks. These look super simple and easy to produce.

    Great idea and way to use up some egg yolks. I will try these to use as buns for my work sandwiches. I don't like the texture of anything made with gelatine so far, so I won't be adding anything to the recipe.

    They looked good but when you ate a bite you kind of acted like it was dry and you were almost going to choke. Was it dry? I made carnivore pretzles the other day and wasted all the ingrediants because they were choker balls. LOL I ended up pitching them. Your recipe looks easy.

      no they aren't dry - none of my 'breads' are dry

    Made this today. All I could taste was the 1 tsp of baking powder. Yuck. So wanted this to work.

      you can either try with less baking powder or try without it. I didn't taste it

      @@Judisketokitchen , oh wow it was really strong. Will try with less, maybe a quarter tsp. Thanks for the reply. That happened to me with another recipe that used baking powder. Maybe I am just sensitive to it.

      not at all - they are amazing and don't taste like eggs at all
