OH ANITA! These are delicious! I used leftover ground chicken/pork meatballs that also had parmesan cheese. They were very savory and worked well with your recipe!! I wish i could show you the picture of them with butter. I only started keto-carnivore in June and am feeling so much better and am down 26 pounds so far. I'm so grateful to the Lord for guiding me to this lifestyle change! I'm feeling so much better! You are such an inspiration and a dear soul. I wish I could give you a big hug! Thank you for all of your hard work in recipe development and video production. I'm a Registered Dietitian and am having to unlearn much of what I was taught in school. The Proper Human Diet is the way to health. Thankful for Dr. Berry and other MD's who have gotten off the AMA train. Lots of love to you, Anita! You've done an amazing job in your own journey!! ❤

So glad to be able to text you. My computer has been goofed up where I couldn't text. You are a real hero of mine. Been Keto for four years. I lost 115 lbs, no longer have sleep apnea, joint pain, most days I walk 4 to 6 miles, and no longer have a high A1c. I hope to continue on. I am genetically predisposed to Alzheimer's and have been diagnosed with Moderate Cognitive Impairment. So glad I had already started my Keto journey. This gives me hope to slow down this disease. Like you, I lost my mom who had Alzheimer's. I am 76 and feel great but my memory is pretty bad. So much of what you experience is my own experience. Thank you. You brighten my days and I miss you terribly when you are gone. God bless you and yours.

I make my own chicken flour. One trick is to use a coffee grinder when you are grinding the meat into flour. It really breaks it up like nothing else. The other thing is I use a sifter and get out the little bits that just kind of make my cookies crunchy. I’m thinking I can make cornbread with the flour mixture I used from cook with Mel. The little pieces make it feel like it’s cornmeal.

Used the 8 bun silicone/textured mat that IndigoNili uses for some of hers and it filled them decently. Had to cook slightly longer, but am so amazed at this creation. Happy Thanksgiving. I made these with ground turkey. I used pork rind Panko. If I were going to try to hide the contents from a spouse, I’d be done for. The whole place smelled like roasting turkey. They did come out looking bready inside like yours, but they did taste like turkey. I didn’t mind at all, and they were the perfect vehicle for cream cheese. (I was really hungry and couldn’t wait for them to cool very long, so I ate them warm.) This will definitely be a staple recipe in my meal planning.

@@KetogenicWomanthank you Anita 🤗 I'll look for some meat flour videos.
PS: we had the NFG XL air fryer but couldn't stand the fan noise anymore. We returned it at Costco and put that money towards the Cuisinart digital air fryer. It was the best decision ever! The Cuisinart is sooooo quiet and it doesn't have any of the sketchy (unhealthy forever chemicals) non stick surface. We often use oven safe glass dishware in it.

HI Anita. I tried these carnivore bagels and I absolutely love them. What a great recipe. I love your videos and I especially love how real you are. I actually consider myself more ketovore because I do like veggies on occasion and I do use spices, onions and garlic in my cooking. I love your new kitchen! We are just getting ready to remodel our kitchen and I would love to have your range hood! Can you tell me what kind it is? Thanks for the info and thanks for all you share with us.

So glad you love the bagels! There is absolutely no identifying name on this range hood! There was an installation manual and it came from this company: victoryrangehoods.ca/products/sv218d-30-wall-mount-range-hood?_pos=11&_sid=3202c1171&_ss=r
      Not sure if this help!

My blender doesn't have the necessary oomph - I had to add 2-3 tsp of water (so I went ahead and added a half a tablespoon of the meat flour to balance.) So good! I could try your suggestion of doing half a batch at a time... also I was wondering - could I use a food processor or would that make it l too fine a mixture? I'm going to try it and report back.
As always, you're simply lovely Anita 💓

LMNT helps content creators financially for mentioning their products. Kind of like on TV when a commercial comes on. However, I would never agree to take on a sponsor if I didn't use and love the product.
