Thank you so much! Just returning to keto after 'falling off the wagon' a couple of years ago. However, recent bloods have shown blood sugars too high and my waist size is too big..... So back I am. A few days in and I re-discovered how much my body hates Almond flour. So, so delighted to find your channel and all these wonderful recipes!!! I may even go full Carnivore..... Please take this the way intended - It is so refreshing to find a keto food channel facilitated by a woman who is around my own age, and who doesn't present like a supermodel! ( Most of us don't eh?) You are so lovely, down to earth, real, and you explain things very well with no fuss and you make me giggle! Can't thank you enough for sharing your journey & experience with us.
These are amazing!! I made some thin ones, tossed in melted duck fat and salt threw them in the air fryer and made fries!! Legit crispy fries!!! Thank you ❤️
how did you do that & make them into "fry" shapes without it just becoming irregular shaped... blobs? lol curious b/c that sound DELISH! new to carnivore diet & i'm looking for recipes! :)
@@ibkristykat if I'm reading it right, she made the waffles as instructed above. Then she cut them into thin strips (for "fries") and tossed them in duck fat and salted them, before throwing them into the air fryer.
I finally got my pork rinds and mini waffle maker today and tried this recipe. It smelled eggy so I wondered if it would be good or not. But I had them with eggs, cheese and bacon and nothing else and they were delicious! Thx for much for what you do to bring this to us all!
I slightly modified this to make near carnivore tortillas. 2-eggs, 1/8 tea- salt, 1 tbl- ghee, 1/4 tea- anthem gum, 2/3 cup- pork panko. Mix it all together, divide into 4 equal parts, smash into tortillas and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
I have a sqare 2-waffle wafflemaker and it makes 2 square waffles that are the perfect size for a sandwich. It has removeable plates that just pop out for cleaning. I just run hot water of the plates and let them dry. SO EASY!! I've started making all of my bread this way and store it in plastic bags either in the refrigerator if I'm going to use it up within a day or two... or in the freezer for long periods of time. If you store it in the freezer, I suggest you put wax paper between the "slices" so they don't stick together and you break them trying to get them apart.
Thank you I just loved this video / not having grandparents or parents in my life it feels like I’m hanging out with you in your kitchen and making something I can actually eat. Thank you for sharing with us. :))

Ms Anita!…. I have been on this new way of eating for my health…. I have diabetes genes from both side of my family…. I am only 58 inches tall and Because I was not overweight I have only lost 15 pounds but very happy with the carnivore way of eating because I have eliminated two pills 💊….cholesterol and blood pressure medication and my blood sugar every morning is less than 100… I am doing this for myself and trying to convince my husband too…. And today is a victory because of this receipt…. My husband liked his breakfast and this is Now Our new way of having our bacon egg sandwich breakfast… thank you very much❤
I just tried this recipe 2 ways. First with two yolks and one egg white and the second way, with no egg white and two yolks. I liked them both! The egg white one was a bit 'eggy' with that airy mouth-feel but the one without the white wasn't at all eggy to me. The pork rind flavor was slightly more present in the one without the white than the other but not strong in either. I put a keto syrup on one and a fried egg on the other and had a great breakfast. Those additions eliminated the pork rind flavor all together! Thank you so much! This is my new go-to chaffle recipe! The cheese has always been too greasy for me to enjoy chaffles, but now I can't wait to experiment with all sorts of herbs and flavors using this recipe as my base!
Butter is dairy. Be aware if you're on a dairy restricted diet. We just left that out as we needed ours to be dairy-free. Really wanted to make these but were out of a couple ingredients, so substituted psyllium husk powder for pork rinds and it turned out great making a 1/2 batch with 2 eggs and added a heaping tbsp of mayo and a dash of salt. Really good and fluffy (the psyllium). Thanks Anita! 🙂
yes, I do realize it's technically dairy but it doesn't seem to have the effect on me that cheese and other dairy has. Ghee is a good option as well and I have that also.
@@KetogenicWoman Carni for 2 yrs but not all is stable. I love how those perfect looking chaffles. Ghee is great for all the milk-causing tummy issues with loads of excellent vitamins & minerals. Glad to find you as I am moving away from cheese & dairy but only where I've got some decent enjoyable replacements or replacement meals. THX
how much psyllium husk did you use, please? 2 eggs, a heaping TB of mayo, dash of salt, but did you sub the1/2 cup psyllium for the 1/2 cup pork rinds? And did they taste gummy?

Duuude...this recipe will revolutionize my carnivore experience. I have been using those egg white wraps that they sell now at some stores but good heavens do these look so great.
The EggLife wraps are SO much better if you fry them up in bacon grease! We use them as taco shells. This chaffle, we are calling these poffles, are amazing. Best recipe I've found yet. Ate them as bun for my burger yesterday and today as a fried egg and bacon sandwich! Delish!!
Thanks! This is perfect, easy, with simple ingredients, and tastes great! I don't like buying all of those other ingredients for most of the other chaffle or paffle recipes I see online. I have a regular Belgian waffle maker with 4 sides/sections. I cut your recipe in half which is perfect to fill my waffle maker, which makes 4 mini waffles to make two sandwiches/two hamburgers. I used 1 TB of butter, 2 eggs, and 2 large TB of ground pork rinds.
These may be my most favorite thing yet, since starting my carnivore journey 3 weeks ago! Delicious and versatile! Super yummy dipped into butter and egg yolk sauce! 😋
Oh my! Another winning recipe from you. As a newbie Carnivore I’m trying to find recipes that emulate my former meals, but keep me on track. This is a perfect substitute and gives me a reason to buy a mini waffle maker to make this lifestyle even more fun. You’re the best!

I JUST purchased that same mini waffle maker that was on a Black Friday deal at my grocery store for 50% off, hoping I could try making chaffles in it. This is perfect, because now I even know the timing! Thanks for this.
Wish it had those maple flecks McDonalds had. Still, I’m grateful and excited to try. The cheesecake was the perfect treat last Sunday (only after the night in the fridge like you said- ). Best wishes, Elizabeth
These were amazing! I tried to eat them with my hamburger and didn’t realize how filling they were. I made a double batch. Placed them in the fridge. Found the last one today. It was still good and had that with my egg. I was wondering what you thought about putting the batter in the mini dash taco bowl maker for meat bowls?🤔. I don’t have one but it looks interesting.
I tried keto but tbh I’m not a huge meat fan although I’m not vegetarian. Congratulations on your weight loss that is an amazing feat! And keeping it off!! Your a sweet woman and i think your tiny dog is so cute, God bless ❤️
Thank you so much! Focus on lowering refined carbs. Keto is not about how much meat you eat, ketosis happens in the absence of carbs. And even if you simply just make healthy choices and not worry about being 'keto', you will be so much further ahead that standard American diet. I hope you find your sweet spot! 💗 Happy New Year!
You are so welcome! I have a mix on my channel of carnivore, ketovore, BBBE etc but there is a carnivore playlist if you want to just focus on those videos! ua-cam.com/play/PLcnK_MiscYLKHVWnTMT0QL__ljbXAENKd.html
Omg u might be saving my life with your recipes n also my bank account cause pork rinds are pennies n almond flour is big money here in uk 🇬🇧 thanks so much for the uploads
I've made caffles putting the 'protein' directly into the chaffle mix ... using my ninja I chop up grilled hamb. patty, cooked chicken, sausage, bacon ... you name it, then add eggs and mix together in ninja. And of course I do add spices but that might not be considered carnivore, going for different flavors. Really enjoy how they turn out
I am a little late to the carnivore experience, but I did just try this chaffle recipe this morning. I learned a few things and thought I would share. Next time, I will use less than 1/4 cup of mixture, because I found them to be too thick for my liking. I think I used a bit too much butter and mine were a bit greasy.. not crispy enough. While they are a good carrier method for sandwich fillings, there really isn't a lot of flavor, although they were sturdy and worked quite well. Will make again... while thinking up flavor adjustments. Really appreciate the "bread/sandwich" option. I miss yeast bread, really good-tasting yeast bread, that is. Toast has always been a weakness of mine.
Lanier- try adding "Everything but the bagel" seasoning OR Italian seasoning OR my favorite is to use bacon grease for the fat, sweetener and maple extract! 😋 You can also add caraway seed for a "rye bread" variation to make a Reuben!
Have you tried adding nutritional yeast for a more 'bread-like' flavor? I've even heard that some people add activated (dry) yeast; it does get cooked in the mini waffle maker.
I love yourrecipies and your down to earth way of just having fun cooking and experimenting, love you! For my bread, buns, chaffles recipies unless it's going to be used for a desert i always add italian seasonings, i usally use fresh onion and garlic when i have it and it turns out so yummy and savoury. I find this way i can just put a slice of ham or an egg and it's soooooooo good. These are a great base for your pizza toppings too, then i air fry it to melt and brown the toppings. Yum! Love your ideas, please keep them coming! 💖
After nearly 3 years of keto I am transitioning to no dairy carnivore. Hopefully for at least 3 months or more and then maybe ketovore. I thought my chaffle days were over. I am so glad I found your channel while transitioning to carnivore. Thank you for this recipe. Keep them coming! I hadn't been able to imagine anything beyond ground beef, eggs, bacon, butter, and ghee. I have always been too intimated to cook other meat, usually relying on precooked burger patties and rotisserie chicken. I am okay with cooking ground meat and that is about it. I am hoping to gain more confidence in cooking other meat. I am enjoying your videos and look forward to future carnivore recipes and easy ideas.
Oh good, I wasn't sure if there was a carnivore audience out there ready for my ideas yet! Thank you for letting me know and I will keep messing around with my ideas on carnivore and ketovore!

Does Australian Amazon have the pork panko crumbs? Here is they look like: amzn.to/3RoTOTw@@roses9339
That looks soooooo good!!
I'm going to make this asap.
Thank you for sharing!
I am so glad I found this channel. Need. Variety.
Welcome aboard! It's why I'm here! 😍
Yum yum. Thank you for sharing this .
You are so cute! I want to hug you…lol….thank you for all your wonderful recipes they are awesome….I am full carnivore and I love all your ideas….😘
You are so welcome! I have a mix on my channel of carnivore, ketovore, BBBE etc but there is a carnivore playlist if you want to just focus on those videos! ua-cam.com/play/PLcnK_MiscYLKHVWnTMT0QL__ljbXAENKd.html
I use a similar recipe to make my hamburger buns. I use the yolks only but everything else is the same.
I'd like to try out some yolk only recipes too, not a fan of whites!
If using only egg yolks; how many egg yolks please???
Omg u might be saving my life with your recipes n also my bank account cause pork rinds are pennies n almond flour is big money here in uk 🇬🇧 thanks so much for the uploads
I can't even do almond flour anymore, I get all crampy from it. And yeah, it's spendy too! Thanks for watching!
Where do you get the pork rind from?
@@jaydee9331 if your in the uk I get mine from homebargains something crazy like 79p for a large bag . Stock up they will save your life
@@Cece-lb7nc Thank you. Yes I will have a neb.
@@jaydee9331 You can buy them in bags from most grocery stores but I buy the giant jar from Costco!
Really enjoy how they turn out
That sounds good to me, I have a carnivore bread like too! I'm not a purist, more of a ketovore so I do add some spices here and there too!
I made these chaffles this morning they are delicious thank you thank you. I love a sandwich and I don’t eat a lot of cheese so these are perfect🎉
Thank you for this! I’m on day 9 of carnivore and needed ideas. You rock!
I made these today! OMG, so good!❤ Thank you Anita!
Glad you like them!
Hola, por favor, pon la receta en la descripción del vídeo. Gracias 😊.
Anita!! You have done it again.. Delicious.. I love this.. will make tomorrow too! Hooray🥳
Incredible I finally made a chaffle❤❤❤❤
It's always good to tweak things to your own personal liking! I tend to under season due to many sensitivities. Thanks for watching!
Lanier- try adding "Everything but the bagel" seasoning OR Italian seasoning OR my favorite is to use bacon grease for the fat, sweetener and maple extract! 😋
You can also add caraway seed for a "rye bread" variation to make a Reuben!
Have you tried adding nutritional yeast for a more 'bread-like' flavor? I've even heard that some people add activated (dry) yeast; it does get cooked in the mini waffle maker.
Genius!!!!!!!!! BRAVO!!!!
Thank you!
@@KetogenicWoman thank you!!! I was missing some bread! 😋😋
Perfect recipe, the one I go to every time, easy to make, great taste, 3 clean ingredients! Can't go wrong with it if you want to stay carnivore!
Enjoy! And thanks for your comments!
oh thank you so much for the kind words! I enjoy cooking so much and it sounds like you are the same! Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much for all your recipes! Getting back into keto/carnivore after the holidays and you've given me many great ideas. Thanks, Anita!
You are so welcome!
I have bacon emergencies too. 🥰 You are so delightful! Thank you for all of your work. I love your ideas and recipes.
Thank you so much! Have a Happy New Year!
Thank you so much for this!! You are contributing WONDERFUL recipes to a new carnivore!
I found your channel a few weeks ago. I was so happy to see a UA-camr that looks to be around my age. We're trying to eliminate dairy to see if it helps my husbands eczema. These chaffles are something I'm going to try soon. I'm enjoying your videos and have subscribed to our channel.
Welcome to my channel! Glad you and your hubby are here!
Thank you for sharing! Today I ran out of eggs 😱 so I will be running to the store first thing tomorrow and make these waffles!
I’m happy these can be made with pork crumbs. Trying to stay away from dairy.
I haven't used my dash in a while. Now I'm inspired to try it again!
Yes, try this one, it's one of my favorites now that I'm trying to use less dairy!
🤣Bacon emergency ! I love it . I am so glad I stumbled on your channel!
me too! Welcome to my little corner of the world!
You're the best, honestly I watch you and I feel better. Thank you my sweet friend. 🇨🇦✌❤🙏🙏🙏
Awww, thankyou! Hope you and yours are well and safe. 😘
@@KetogenicWoman thank you beautiful lady, we are good and I hope the same for you as well. The weather is good, is it raining there? This weather is so painful, I hope its not that way for you dear. @@misscndnwoman2177 It poured here yesterday and we have more coming at us later today but right now those little breaks of blue sky are beautiful! Enjoy your weekend too!
New to this lifestyle and I must say that among the UA-cam noise you stand out. You also tell it how it is. Thank you!
Thanks so much!

Another great recipe! And simple too.. thank you! 😊
Yum!!! Going to make these today. Thank you.
Just tried the waffles and they are amazing! So happy to have found you!
Glad you like them!
Rewatching some old videos and just made these! Really good. Looking for dairy free options & no cheese. Putting these in rotation. ❤️👍👵🏻
Glad you like them!
Thanks Anita! I've recently joined the carnivore WOE and so far it really agrees with me. Found your channel shortly after that, subscribed and am always checking out your videos. This recipe is an excellent alternative to the cheese recipe. I made it for the first time today. I had some over cooked bacon that I added to the pork rind when I ground it up. Also used brown butter bites instead of plain butter. They are tasty! I will probably switch it up every time I make some. I love to experiment too. :)
I especially love that you are another Canadian. I'm in Alberta. Thanks again Anita!
oh I like the brown butter idea in there! I consider Alberta my 2nd home province, all my Aunties and cousins live there! 🍁💗
