Simple 10 Minute Stretching & Flexibility Routine for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu!
This stretching routine is perfect for anybody participating in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It mainly focuses on stretching and mobilizing the hips which is often overworked in BJJ.
Be sure to perform these stretches dynamically before training and statically after training. If done on an off day, both types of stretching (dynamic and static) are both recommended. Hold the stretches anywhere from 30 - 60 seconds until a sense of relief is felt.

    • @m.j.9935

I lift weights but he said flexibility was more important than strength in Jiu-jitsu and that weights can make you tighter. I feel so inherently/genetically not flexible. Is it possible for non flexible guy in his 40's to become flexible? I want to be but don't feel optimistic about it.
