    I'm a white belt in BJJ and haven't been doing it for too long. I joined to improve my flexibility as I have psoriatic arthritis and just stretching doesn't seem to work. I've been in a lot of pain recently and this video has helped a lot. Thank you so much!

    Hi Mr. Lu! I just found this routine! Ive been doing the ten minute stretch routine that you posted in 2017 since I started training bjj in June of 2023. I will add this "new" routine to my assortment of stretch routines. Thank you for posting! By the way, I really training bjj and the lifestyle. Have a nice day!

    Thank you, this is really helpful. I can't train right now but I can build some mobility and hopefully have some of the elements of a better guard game when I return to the mats.
    Suggestion: I can't watch the screen and do the exercises, so maybe say "switch over" when it's time to switch sides?

    Please do a v2 of this with consistent audio transitions (like a bell or similar)

      Some exercises have a bell sound that indicates the end, while other don't

      Before and after works! I also recommend doing it on off days as well

      I recommend doing a quick 5 ~ 10 minute warm up before if possible!

    What kind of pain win you be in when you start jujitsu at 40 yrs old and haven't stretched in decade.
