Hello , thank you for the info . Could you please give me some advice of paraphrasing negative statements. Let’s say I have painful memories connected with some person or event . How can I formulate my wish without saying „ no” ?( I.e. „ I don’t want to remember this person ) Thank you
@@Teadekun thanks for your question. Letting go of painful memories is one of the more complicated things to do in hypnosis. When I do full RTT sessions I will use NLP techniques within it to help ‘dim’ unhelpful memories. When doing self hypnosis you don’t want to ‘give attention’ to the people or things you want to leave behind. So instead you could say things such as “I am free of negativity from the past” or “I am indifferent to people who hurt me in the past”. You could also say “I choose who i allow into my life. I only allow people who are worthy of me in my life now”
Hi there. The key things to accept suggestions are:1. Get relaxed before listening and allow yourself to hear the suggestions. Don’t try and force it just let it come to you. 2. Listen to it regularly. It takes 14-21 days to develop habits of thought so listen to my recordings every day for at least 14 days
Could doing these eye movements, like other techniques that involve defocusing your gaze, damage your eyesight , eye in general o maybe can strengthen them?
@@violanisco8244 this cannot damage your eyesight. If it feels uncomfortable of course it’s best to just let your eyes relax. It actually strengthens the muscles around your eyes. A good side benefit is that it’s a great exercise for stopping our eyebrows dropping as we age. So it is also a good beauty treatment!
You can do it in your head but it’s more effective to do it loud. Your mind is less likely to wander if you are speaking out loud. What subject are you wanting to work on?
I would suggest you prepare some notes or even a script. Have 3 or 4 key bullets that you want to use or write out a script before hand, read it out loud and record it. Let me know how you get on @@alexanderbarahona745

so i used to feel the same , the solution was, i started to watch hypnosis party tricks kind of videos a lot , and it seems, the problem was i was very skeptical of hynosis , once i watch a lot of hypnosis party tricks i started beliving in hynosis and now i can go to self hypnosis quickly
If you can now get into self hypnosis quickly that is good. However, getting into hypnosis is only one part of it. You need to be hearing the right words too. For things like depression you really need the help of a professional hypnotherapist as well as any self hypnosis@@visible2927

Ok so when you speak to your self giving instructions do you have to do them out loud or can you do it in your head. Once you hypnotize your self??
