Thank you thank you thank you for this interview. For some (or many) messages you really have to be ready in terms of receiving and digesting them. Apparently I was full on ready for Sarah’s messages, which indicates progress and therefor healing. Yeay to me :)
Great interview.....she explains these conditions very accurately and has the skill to be a great speaker.....listening to her podcasts now.....glad you interviewed her!
I too left home at a young age because home was not safe; also sick since a young age. I would get very sick but recover, each time it lasted longer and longer until at age 40 when i became chronically ill, nervous system broken. I am only now learning how the past is connected to the present and that it is the same illness only now in chronic form. This was a great interview, very helpful; thank you.
Anyone else started crying when Sarah said "I wanted them to save me, my inner child was still in pain in my childhood home, lost somewhere under the bed". Ouch.
Oh, I love this. I have been on a healing journey for 20+ years. I just finally used a tool that went deep into "I am broken" and wow, the overnight difference in my world and symptoms. This morning, I used that same tool in order to seek alignment with what I am to do for my Highest good and now I know. I am so excited about truly healing all of this, finally. I'm also excited to give my 20-year-old daughter a new outlook on life if she will truly let me. The conscious mind says sure, but will she allow it right now? We'll see.
I would love to hear more about your psilocybin retreat Phil ! 🙂 🍄 Are you going to make a video about it ? I have tried psychedelics too, sadly it's not working for me so far, probably some big mental blocks 😬 Saj Razvi has written an article about it, "Why psychedelics might not work for you".
@@TheChronicComeback Awesome! :) I have tried different things, fresh truffles and then powder, first low doses, then high doses. Also tried M°LL¥ which was lab tested, so I am sure the product isn't to blame. I am pretty sure I have the issue described by Saj Razvi, "Psychedelics do not, by their own nature, crack dissociation. They can significantly accelerate the clearing of it. But the process needs focus, and a guide, in order to go beyond this dissociative defense structure. Consider this scenario: you will be taking a powerful psychedelic medicine to address the pain in your life. At the same time, your neurobiology is going to release a large dose of numbing heroine-like opioids specifically to protect you from your traumatic memory. Your system has been doing this for years (perhaps even as far back as infancy). Your body is good at it, and it’s not going to stop today. Consider what might happen when a psychedelic response runs straight into an opioid response. This is where we get some variation in people’s experience." I did feel the physical effects of the substances, and got mild visual effects, but not much happened on an emotional level. No memories, no release (or very light), no "tripping" really! I have received quite a lot of advice from psychedelics Facebook groups, and on Reddit. I have been told to dive deeper into IFS therapy to try and reassure my "protectors". There is no point trying to bulldoze my way through the protecting walls it seems, it would even be counter productive.
There are a number of places people are drawn to in the wellness scene, it's not only Bali. There are other places like Costa Rica, Tulum Mexico, Sedona etc. Austin Texas has attracted many the last years too. I guess it trends and social media does a lot too. Would love a few months on Bali .
Hey Phil! Much gratitude to you for making these videos. It’s so rare to find healing stories and it makes a world a difference.
thank you!
This is probably the best recovery interview I’ve ever heard. Thanks for this one, Phil. Great work!
Ah thank you!!

What was the I am broken tool you did?
@@mandydominguez4648 as this was a while back and I've used a lot of tools, I'm not 100% sure. I'm guessing it was neurogeaphica.
Great talk resonate with everything you both said.
Thanks, great interview.

Yes definitely… going to try to record something this weekend. What kind of blocks and what was the dose? I have a lot of thoughts about this
