Yes!!!! I did something similar!! I healed myself from incurable inoperable stage 4 metastatic brain cancer, secondary to lungs, bowels, pelvis and hip, given a maximum of 6 months to live.... in remission by that 6 months mark, body was clear within 8/9months and I had grown a brand new healthy brain within 14-16 months. The oncologists were baffled! It's been 2.5 years and there's nothing in my body .... People need to know that this work is emphasizing your control over the body. I have seen many people who are sick and want to heal and believe this type of work, but they believe and have faith in things above it. Such as believing genes play a role in their disease, having more faith in symptoms and what “causes” them, etc For example, I lived with a gut disease and I never healed for so long because I had more faith in my diagnoses, more faith in dysbiosis, more faith in food sensitivities, more faith in “dysfunction”. There is nothing causing your disease but you, never forget it.
Yes! The beliefs behind it play the role. When the demand is strong enough, healing can happen too regardless of the belief. The technique is great but only in a relaxed or good feeling state, otherwise it would backfire.
That's a profound distinction, that even if people *do* have faith in this work of MindBody healing, they will struggle to fully heal if they have faith in other things above that, such as the diagnosis itself, etc. A great point made here.

I never heard about these specific commands, but for over one year i couldnt walk bscause of plantar phaisitis, it was very painful, every so often i would say, "foot i order you to heal right now" right before i went to sleep, then on one particular morning, it felt like some invisible hands were pulling, moving and twisting my foot, and in the next morning my foot was healed!
@@sarahk4047 If you say your auto immune disease won't let me heal, then you will be correct. First step would be to let go of that language. I too healed my plantar fasciitis only after the pain got so bad on a particular holiday that I thought right, I'm going to do this properly. It took about 6-8 weeks
I'm hesitant to even put this in writing because I feel like it was a secret between me and my Spirit Guides, my Guardian Angels. I have healed myself a few times in my lifetime already. I talk to my body. I talked to the cells of my body, I talk to my breasts,I have had lumps remove themselves, by speaking to my breasts. There are so many testimonies I have. I had a pituitary tumor and cysts on my ovaries. While meditating a voice told me to use sound waves to dissolve those. I began picturing little pieces popping off and bursting like fireworks and told myself that each time I heard music this would happen automatically. Did this visualization and post hypnotic suggestion in daily meditation for about a week or two, within 3 months all were gone. I had been told surgery was my only answer, doctor was dumbfounded.

I had an ovarian cyst too that wouldnt disappear. The doctor told me that i should consider surgery to remove it. Apparently i got so scared of the idea of surgery that three nights in a row after that, my body healed the cyst and i even remember how the energy was working on that cyst, and it was painful, (like someone was peeling the ovary off without anesthesia), and then this healing energy moved through all my body and in my brain it felt like it was trying to undo a strongly knotted knot. That one was beyond anything i could ever bare - so so painful and the sound i was hearing while it was working on my brain - was too much, i thought my head would split in two and when i couldnt bare it anymore, i asked “plz plz stop i can’t take it anymore.” And then it moved gently in other areas of my body and it healed my stomach too. The next uptrasound i had showed zero trace of a cyst and i told my obgyn about this experience. He didn’t comment but he definetely didn’t disregard the info either. So the body can totally heal itself, we just need to be really desperate and really make it believe that we are tired of being sick of whatever ails us.
@@kala9907Doctors are trained to use what they see on scanning machines, ultrasound, pathology, and statistics etc. For instance I fell pregnant years after my doctor told me I shouldn't have another baby because I got thrombosis ( blood clots) from taking one contraceptive pill. He told me that statistically women who had thrombosis while pregnant , died from clotting and the risk was too high. When I fell pregnant again 8 years later I didn't go to see him until I was 5 months and my baby was moving..He told me again that the risk was too high and advised me to terminate before it became illegal to do the abortion due to my baby being already formed,in other words now.. I said no straight away but my husband who depended on doctors knowing all things about health didn't have the same answer as me and tried to convince me to do what the doctor said.. 31 years later my daughter is beautiful and thriving and I am totally blessed to have her and her two older siblings.. My doctor and my husband both apologized to me when she was born and I forgave them.. I went through learning to inject blood thinning medicine to myself and they told I'd have to do it for life but I disobeyed that too and haven't had anymore problems with my blood since then ..The thing is if you believe what someone else tells you then what they said becomes real.I didn't know at the time I was healing my body but as I became wiser and hearing all these wonderful teachers like Marisa, I became more determined that to learn and do it for myself ❤ Trust in God who is yourself and know that you can heal your body 😊

When I was 42 I went into the hospital & had dye put into my spine to see what was wrong with my back. That was the beginning of 2 years of pain in my butt down to the feet in both legs. I came out worse than when I went in. My husband got me this book Healing Back Pain (the mind-body connection) I read it in one day & a light went on it sounds like what I'm doing to myself. I woke up the next morning & guess what NO PAIN I could not believe it the author said read certain parts every night to get into your head. I went to see the surgeon the same day & told him I'm doing this to myself I will never be back. He thought I was nuts. I am now 75 I have never ever had any pain like that again when something happens to different parts of my body I just say to myself I'm doing it again & stop it right now & it goes away. In 2015, when l drop off a bus in Malaysia, my feet was turned in a hole and my ankle was fractured. The Dr put on plaster for me for one month but l didn’t rest well so after one month the x ray showed the fracture is broken instead of healing. So my ankle was broken to two pieces, the dr didn’t suggest a surgery for me as the piece was small and it may broken again. They suggested me to have plaster for another one month but they said there is zero chance for healing but we try our best otherwise l will limping all my life. When l came back home l started to prayer as l am moslem. 2 to 3 hours a day. The only thing that l remember I was sure that l will heal, more than 100 percent. After another one month x ray showed there are some bone string between my ankle and the broken piece. The Drs were shocked, they couldn’t believe the bone growing towards broken part while they are far with 1 cm. I completely healed and until now l can’t believe it.
I watched the video and tried it right away citing my leg that I banged in a car accident some 40 years ago. I always feel energy from Vishen when I watch his hand movements. But I tried it again as I was going to sleep and the energy started moving over the surface of my injured leg for I'm not sure how long as I fell asleep. I am currently using Psychotronic technique. I was laying the other night meditating, when an excruciating pain in my left hand (above) suddenly slowly spread. I knew immediately it was a nerve pain because I could almost picture mentally how the pain spreads in my hand (like a web of veins of pain slowly spreading). I never had that pain before and instantly my mind took over, I took a deep breath, my mind instructed my hand by saying, "In a count of 3 to 1 the pain will disappear. I'm now counting 3 the pain will get less and less, (deep breath), I am now counting 2 the pain is lesser and lesser and I could not almost feel the pain, and when I reach 1 the pain will totally be gone!" And then I said "1" the pain totally disappeared. It happened instantly! So I believe in the power of mind and body healing. This is not the first time I healed my body thru my mind. I wish I could heal others or help others heal themselves.
Joe Dispenza does events where a bunch of people get together and heal others if your interested. It might cost money tho, not sure. I get rid of headaches very easily just by doing something like this.

This is the honest truth. When I was 28 I almost cut off my right hand. After surgery and Dr prompted healing I was told I would never use my hand again. That was completely unacceptable to me. I healed my hand myself with great determination through my mind. If I can do that so can you. Please give it a try, you will be amazed.
I used a similar approach to quit smoking. After smoking for 50 years. I needed no nicotine patches or any other aids. 10 years later, no urge to smoke again. Our minds and bodies are amazing.

I can attest to the mind doing miraculous thing . I hit a power poke head on the driver's side if my old Volkswagen,engine in the back. My body was crushed into the back seat . The EMT's alerted the hospital of possible DOA. My head hit the door frame cracked my skull, all the ribs in my right side broken ,collapsed lung ,broken collar bone ,hair and eyebrow shaved off from the glass , both femurs broken , the skin on my left knee was layed open about 10 inches and on and on . The surgeons built a scaffolding above my body to wire my legs into traction which meant put horizontal rods in my calves to pull apart my bones so they would not heal crooked cuz I was in too critical a condition to be operated on then sandbags attached to the rids. . I stayed wired up for 2 weeks.untill they inserted steel rods down the middle of both femurs ,the one on the left took over 6 hrs there was several breaks. In the meantime I did respiratory therapy to build my lungs back up . I stayed in a very positive mood saying I'll dance out if the hospital . There's a lot to my story cuz I was there for 45 days . The Dr's said I'd be crippled and I said no way I'm dancing out of here . I didn't dance out of there but I did dance just a couple months later . I worked my ass off doing rehab and blew away ALL the Dr's and their prognosis . A year later I moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and got a waitress job on my feet for 6 to 8 hr shifts . When I was a little kid my dad used to pray for ppl and this is exactly how he prayed. He spoke with authority in his voice & w/o a shadow of a doubt. I remember someone with a limp had a short arm & short leg, and wanted prayers. My dad told him to lay down. My dad put his hands on the short leg & commanded that this leg grow to proper length that his other leg was and be healed in the name of Jesus & that man’s leg instantly started shifting, moving, and growing. My dad got all excited and said I could feel it moving in my hands. He told him now stand up & lets do the arms. He told him to hold his arms straight out and the same thing happened. My dad said you can command your body to heal itself & it has to do what you tell it to do. I’ve seen what I thought were many miracles but I always thought you had to use the name Jesus for it to work.
I feel like commanding it be done in Jesus' Name does remind the forces against us that would halt or hinder our success that the authority over our healing doesn't come only from ourselves but from the One who made said body. To be clear, I do believe we can simply say, "I direct, instruct, command, and compel my ___ to heal perfectly and properly right now," and there is nothing wrong with that because He has given us authority over our bodies and lives. But I think claiming His Name's authority over the forces that would combat us is wise.

If you use Jesus in prayer, you are committing blasphemy. Pray in the name of God. There are spirits that works with black magic. They can heal. When you pray anything but God's name, those spirits might get involved because they want your faith on someone other than God. Which destroy faith. Just a friendly reminder. Peace.

I have done this ever since I did my silva mind control in 1995… I have laminated cards that I have struck on everywhere… and I say it almost 30 times a day, for anything I want done or to get well, my silva mind control teacher taught us this… but I took it to another level! It works superbly… I have also achieved things for other people in my life!!

Than you. I ve learnt using this process couple of years, and it really works. I no longer use medicine and docotrs. I ve had improved some condition in my calf, belly, mouth, back pain, lower body parts, eyes, etc. In my 52, now i can enjoy walk and run again, drink ice, hot peppers, sour fruits, and many things. The more we use, enjoy, and appreciate the sight of our eyes, the more it will improve. Imagine and feel what will we do with our eyes if we can see better. Practically, i always enjoy watching everything araound. The sky, clouds, trees, birds, buildings, people, etc. This improve the long sight. When at home, i improve short distance sight by watching small things. I have a left object in my knee that occasionally causes it to lock up as well as a somewhat recurring lower back injury on my left side. Would you use the script from the video or something more specific to say dissolve that piece of cartilage or heal that area of the back?
@@silatguy I command my body, or asked universe a healthy knee, back, eyes, or mouth as i used to get mouth ulcer or sprue. I always imagine, or precisely get the feeling of healthy knee or back. I enjoy just the feeling of lightly moving or do activities with healthy knee. I feel how i can move comfortably, walking, jumping, running, or bending my body. I do take the time to walk a mile everyday, just to enjoy my healthy body. Just to feel grateful for the healthy knee and back. Try to build a believe that healthy body is our natural state. Know that the cause of every disease is only dis ease in my mind. Take the time to evaluate our mind, and feel the discord that cause trouble in our body. Leave all worry, fear, hate, blame and other negative thought. Hope it help, and wish u be better 💗
This is true, we don’t understand our own power to heal! Btw, I was run over by a car! Two tires, front and back drove across my rib cage! I felt like I had a choice, I was just married and my focus was to get back to my new beautiful wife! We are now married 32 years!
I direct, instruct, command, compel my body to heal to heal xyz(my feet, arms, legs etc) right NOW completely(the energy should be Powerful and you should be in the moment feeling it fully in your whole body while you are chanting this mantra). Make it a habit and say it all the time even though you have nothing to heal, make it a routine.
I’ve been praying for my shoulders and muscles to heal after a horrific fall over a year ago severing my radial artery in 2 places. It took two emergency surgeons over 3 hours and 3layers and hundreds of stitches to so me up. My shoulders, back, hips were damaged in the fall--now I have a way to heal those parts. Thank you Vishnu and Marisa-You guys just popped up in my feed today. Praise God.
If you are praying to be healed, you are in essence focusing mostly on the damage. Therefore you remain in the damage. Focus on the outcome, where you are heading; remove the resistance.
When I was a kid I always told my body to grow tall so I could have an advantage in sports and lets just say i'm the tallest in my family now. The power of the mind is amazing. _OMG!! NO WAY!! I did this too!! I'm not sure if I even knew what I was doing but I had a fixation with 5'-6" being the perfect height for a woman so I would tell myself I want to be that. Mind you, every female in my family was no more than 5'-4". In a single summer I shot up 2 full inches to 5'-4" when I was 12. Had THE WORST growing pains from it. And I'm the only person in my family that has ever had growing pains. The final 2 inches slowly happened over the next several years. All I knew was that I was at a doctors appointment one day when I was maybe 20 years old and they told me I was 5'-6" Immediately I remembered that I had always wanted to be 5'-6". In my mind it's the perfect if your guy is 6ft and above. And I'm usually not attracted to any guy less than 6ft even to this day._
All I can say, this is sooo freakishly true omggg. There is no word for me to express how real this really is. It’s from my own personal experiences numerous times in the past. Before I even heard someone speak about it. The second time it happened to me I thought to myself this is no way could never be just coincident. It can not be so specific in details. Everything I said and asked for, happened EXACTLY in order. 😳 I was blown away and could never explain to someone what I experienced. They will think I am mental. 😂. This is the only time I ever hear someone speak about this happened to them as well . Thanks God I’m not going crazy.
This is true, and I've been using this technique for years. It does not even take a long time. I just talk (silently) to my cells, tell them to inhale pure oxygen, and exhale rhythmically, and they do what I ask them to do. I got rid of headaches this way, or stop the wish to go the bathroom in the middle of a yoga class. This is a good video, but you shouldn't have such loud music.
This is INCREDIBLE! I’ve had some ongoing issues for a couple of years which are very uncomfortable and sometimes send me to the urgent care. I thought I needed to go to the urgent care but saw this video. Then, I started speaking to my body and IT LISTENED!!! I am so grateful to have found this because one of my issues is completely gone! After 35 years I told my body to grow my tonsils back after putting myself in a connected meditative state called passive volition. I believed it would happen, and forgot about it. 3 years later I ran to the doctor terrified that I had AIDS because I had huge white spots in the back of my throat. When the test came back negative they asked me why I was afraid I might have gotten HIV? I said the white spots. They responded "you have a healthy set of tonsils and they're working fine". I realized what happened. I told my body to grow them back, that it knew how to, so do it, make it be, and it did.

So I had my gallbladder removed last year. But I feel sad that it has been removed..so can I say to grow my gallbladder? Will it grow? Also my tonsils were removed when I was a child.

Yes, I reached in the oven while distracted and grabbed the red hot cast iron skillet. As soon as I realized what I had done, I started directing all my blood flow to that area on my palm through my mind, and massaging it with my other hand. Within a minute all burning sensation left and I had absolutely no redness or burn at all. No lasting effect of it at all. The is a very real technique. 👍👍

I love this video as i used a similar thing to walk again after being told i would never walk again. I had a complete cauda equina syndrome where the disc had crushed all nerves to my lower body. I had emergency surgery in 2009 and then spent 6 years rewiring my nerves and talking to my right foot so i could walk again and get bladder control back it worked!

I think the highlight of this prayer is that I always try to visualize my hand touching the part of my body experiencing the pain and imagine rays of healing permeating through. I've had countless healing using this tool.
Its God he is giving you the power to heal yourself and others who don’t have the wisdom and knowledge. I won’t be deceived by the enemy. @@austwin1 Not really, the surprising thing is I only say it within few seconds, but with so much faith and belief while also visualizing the healing taking place, that's all. I'll just share a recent testimony here. I went home 2 weeks ago to see my dad. My mom had called earlier telling me about a complication he has with his eyes. When I got there, I said a simple declaration and that was it. He's been ok ever since.

I learned self-hypnosis, (which actually is a more focused form of meditation if done right) in my 30's to quit smoking. The Psychiatrist that I worked with was a professor at Univ of Chicago, studying bio-feedback. He found that remarkably I was very good at directing the machinery they used, to activate various activities. I could control it with only my mind with no prior training. Though I did not want to participate in further experimentation, I've continued to use this method to employ the mind/body connection to heal myself. I also eat properly and take lots of supplements. As a result, more than 40 years later, I am on no meds, and aside from a hernia of which I was totally unaware, I've had no illness to speak of. When I feel myself, getting a headache, stomach issues, etc. (I haven't had a cold in over a decade and when I do, it never lasts more than a few days) I simply put myself in a light trance and visualize myself healed. It works.

I had a lump in one of my breasts about 30 years ago. I was scheduled to have a sterotatic needle biopsy in three weeks. One evening on my way home, I heard the voice of my minister in my head saying, " If you believe that you are made in the image s.d likeness of God, then you must know that nothing that is unlike God can be true for you. For the next 3 weeks, I would repeat this aloud. The day came, and I went for the biopsy. The technician positioned her machine, stating she had located the lump. In my mind, I kept repeating the statement with my eyes closed. It has been thirty years since the lump completely disappeared.

People need to know that this work is emphasizing your control over the body. I have seen many people who are sick and want to heal and believe this type of work, but they believe and have faith in things above it. Such as believing genes play a role in their disease, having more faith in symptoms and what “causes” them, etc
For example, I lived with a gut disease and I never healed for so long because I had more faith in my diagnoses, more faith in dysbiosis, more faith in food sensitivities, more faith in “dysfunction”. There is nothing causing your disease but you, never forget it.
Yes! The beliefs behind it play the role. When the demand is strong enough, healing can happen too regardless of the belief. The technique is great but only in a relaxed or good feeling state, otherwise it would backfire.
That's a profound distinction, that even if people *do* have faith in this work of MindBody healing, they will struggle to fully heal if they have faith in other things above that, such as the diagnosis itself, etc. A great point made here.

I never heard about these specific commands, but for over one year i couldnt walk bscause of plantar phaisitis, it was very painful, every so often i would say, "foot i order you to heal right now" right before i went to sleep, then on one particular morning, it felt like some invisible hands were pulling, moving and twisting my foot, and in the next morning my foot was healed!
This is my battle, my auto immune disease won’t let me heal and I’ve already had two steroids in my foot 😢

I too healed my plantar fasciitis only after the pain got so bad on a particular holiday that I thought right, I'm going to do this properly. It took about 6-8 weeks

I'm hesitant to even put this in writing because I feel like it was a secret between me and my Spirit Guides, my Guardian Angels. I have healed myself a few times in my lifetime already. I had a pituitary tumor and cysts on my ovaries. While meditating a voice told me to use sound waves to dissolve those. I began picturing little pieces popping off and bursting like fireworks and told myself that each time I heard music this would happen automatically. Did this visualization and post hypnotic suggestion in daily meditation for about a week or two, within 3 months all were gone. I had been told surgery was my only answer, doctor was dumbfounded.

I had an ovarian cyst too that wouldnt disappear. The doctor told me that i should consider surgery to remove it. Apparently i got so scared of the idea of surgery that three nights in a row after that, my body healed the cyst and i even remember how the energy was working on that cyst, and it was painful, (like someone was peeling the ovary off without anesthesia), and then this healing energy moved through all my body and in my brain it felt like it was trying to undo a strongly knotted knot. That one was beyond anything i could ever bare - so so painful and the sound i was hearing while it was working on my brain - was too much, i thought my head would split in two and when i couldnt bare it anymore, i asked “plz plz stop i can’t take it anymore.” And then it moved gently in other areas of my body and it healed my stomach too. The next uptrasound i had showed zero trace of a cyst and i told my obgyn about this experience. He didn’t comment but he definetely didn’t disregard the info either. So the body can totally heal itself, we just need to be really desperate and really make it believe that we are tired of being sick of whatever ails us.

@@kala9907Doctors are trained to use what they see on scanning machines, ultrasound, pathology, and statistics etc. For instance I fell pregnant years after my doctor told me I shouldn't have another baby because I got thrombosis ( blood clots) from taking one contraceptive pill.
He told me that statistically women who had thrombosis while pregnant , died from clotting and the risk was too high. When I fell pregnant again 8 years later I didn't go to see him until I was 5 months and my baby was moving..He told me again that the risk was too high and advised me to terminate before it became illegal to do the abortion due to my baby being already formed,in other words now..
I said no straight away but my husband who depended on doctors knowing all things about health didn't have the same answer as me and tried to convince me to do what the doctor said..
31 years later my daughter is beautiful and thriving and I am totally blessed to have her and her two older siblings..
My doctor and my husband both apologized to me when she was born and I forgave them..
I went through learning to inject blood thinning medicine to myself and they told I'd have to do it for life but I disobeyed that too and haven't had anymore problems with my blood since then ..The thing is if you believe what someone else tells you then what they said becomes real.I didn't know at the time I was healing my body but as I became wiser and hearing all these wonderful teachers like Marisa, I became more determined that to learn and do it for myself ❤ Trust in God who is yourself and know that you can heal your body 😊

When I was 42 I went into the hospital & had dye put into my spine to see what was wrong with my back. That was the beginning of 2 years of pain in my butt down to the feet in both legs. I came out worse than when I went in. My husband got me this book Healing Back Pain (the mind-body connection) I read it in one day & a light went on it sounds like what I'm doing to myself. I woke up the next morning & guess what NO PAIN I could not believe it the author said read certain parts every night to get into your head. I went to see the surgeon the same day & told him I'm doing this to myself I will never be back. He thought I was nuts. I am now 75 I have never ever had any pain like that again when something happens to different parts of my body I just say to myself I'm doing it again & stop it right now & it goes away. In 2015, when l drop off a bus in Malaysia, my feet was turned in a hole and my ankle was fractured. The Dr put on plaster for me for one month but l didn’t rest well so after one month the x ray showed the fracture is broken instead of healing. So my ankle was broken to two pieces, the dr didn’t suggest a surgery for me as the piece was small and it may broken again.
They suggested me to have plaster for another one month but they said there is zero chance for healing but we try our best otherwise l will limping all my life. When l came back home l started to prayer as l am moslem. 2 to 3 hours a day. The only thing that l remember I was sure that l will heal, more than 100 percent. After another one month x ray showed there are some bone string between my ankle and the broken piece. The Drs were shocked, they couldn’t believe the bone growing towards broken part while they are far with 1 cm.
I completely healed and until now l can’t believe it.

I watched the video and tried it right away citing my leg that I banged in a car accident some 40 years ago. I always feel energy from Vishen when I watch his hand movements. But I tried it again as I was going to sleep and the energy started moving over the surface of my injured leg for I'm not sure how long as I fell asleep. I am currently using Psychotronic technique. I was laying the other night meditating, when an excruciating pain in my left hand (above) suddenly slowly spread. I knew immediately it was a nerve pain because I could almost picture mentally how the pain spreads in my hand (like a web of veins of pain slowly spreading). I never had that pain before and instantly my mind took over, I took a deep breath, my mind instructed my hand by saying, "In a count of 3 to 1 the pain will disappear. I'm now counting 3 the pain will get less and less, (deep breath), I am now counting 2 the pain is lesser and lesser and I could not almost feel the pain, and when I reach 1 the pain will totally be gone!" And then I said "1" the pain totally disappeared. It happened instantly! So I believe in the power of mind and body healing. This is not the first time I healed my body thru my mind. I wish I could heal others or help others heal themselves.

Joe Dispenza does events where a bunch of people get together and heal others if your interested. It might cost money tho, not sure. I get rid of headaches very easily just by doing something like this.

This is the honest truth. When I was 28 I almost cut off my right hand. After surgery and Dr prompted healing I was told I would never use my hand again. That was completely unacceptable to me. I can attest to the mind doing miraculous thing . I hit a power poke head on the driver's side if my old Volkswagen,engine in the back. My body was crushed into the back seat . The EMT's alerted the hospital of possible DOA. My head hit the door frame cracked my skull, all the ribs in my right side broken ,collapsed lung ,broken collar bone ,hair and eyebrow shaved off from the glass , both femurs broken , the skin on my left knee was layed open about 10 inches and on and on . The surgeons built a scaffolding above my body to wire my legs into traction which meant put horizontal rods in my calves to pull apart my bones so they would not heal crooked cuz I was in too critical a condition to be operated on then sandbags attached to the rids. . I stayed wired up for 2 weeks.untill they inserted steel rods down the middle of both femurs ,the one on the left took over 6 hrs there was several breaks. In the meantime I did respiratory therapy to build my lungs back up .
I stayed in a very positive mood saying I'll dance out if the hospital . There's a lot to my story cuz I was there for 45 days . The Dr's said I'd be crippled and I said no way I'm dancing out of here . I didn't dance out of there but I did dance just a couple months later . I worked my ass off doing rehab and blew away ALL the Dr's and their prognosis . A year later I moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and got a waitress job on my feet for 6 to 8 hr shifts . When I was a little kid my dad used to pray for ppl and this is exactly how he prayed. He spoke with authority in his voice & w/o a shadow of a doubt. I remember someone with a limp had a short arm & short leg, and wanted prayers. My dad told him to lay down. My dad put his hands on the short leg & commanded that this leg grow to proper length that his other leg was and be healed in the name of Jesus & that man’s leg instantly started shifting, moving, and growing. I feel like commanding it be done in Jesus' Name does remind the forces against us that would halt or hinder our success that the authority over our healing doesn't come only from ourselves but from the One who made said body.
To be clear, I do believe we can simply say, "I direct, instruct, command, and compel my ___ to heal perfectly and properly right now," and there is nothing wrong with that because He has given us authority over our bodies and lives. But I think claiming His Name's authority over the forces that would combat us is wise.

Practically, i always enjoy watching everything araound. The sky, clouds, trees, birds, buildings, people, etc. This improve the long sight. When at home, i improve short distance sight by watching small things. The pore and hair in our skin, line in the wall, ingredient text in a bottle, etc.

I have a left object in my knee that occasionally causes it to lock up as well as a somewhat recurring lower back injury on my left side. Would you use the script from the video or something more specific to say dissolve that piece of cartilage or heal that area of the back?
@@silatguy I command my body, or asked universe a healthy knee, back, eyes, or mouth as i used to get mouth ulcer or sprue. I always imagine, or precisely get the feeling of healthy knee or back. I enjoy just the feeling of lightly moving or do activities with healthy knee. I feel how i can move comfortably, walking, jumping, running, or bending my body. I do take the time to walk a mile everyday, just to enjoy my healthy body. Just to feel grateful for the healthy knee and back.
Try to build a believe that healthy body is our natural state. Know that the cause of every disease is only dis ease in my mind. Take the time to evaluate our mind, and feel the discord that cause trouble in our body. Leave all worry, fear, hate, blame and other negative thought.

_OMG!! NO WAY!! I did this too!! I'm not sure if I even knew what I was doing but I had a fixation with 5'-6" being the perfect height for a woman so I would tell myself I want to be that. Mind you, every female in my family was no more than 5'-4". In a single summer I shot up 2 full inches to 5'-4" when I was 12. Had THE WORST growing pains from it. And I'm the only person in my family that has ever had growing pains. The final 2 inches slowly happened over the next several years. All I knew was that I was at a doctors appointment one day when I was maybe 20 years old and they told me I was 5'-6" Immediately I remembered that I had always wanted to be 5'-6". This is true, and I've been using this technique for years. It does not even take a long time. I just talk (silently) to my cells, tell them to inhale pure oxygen, and exhale rhythmically, and they do what I ask them to do. I got rid of headaches this way, or stop the wish to go the bathroom in the middle of a yoga class. This is a good video, but you shouldn't have such loud music.

Yes, I reached in the oven while distracted and grabbed the red hot cast iron skillet. As soon as I realized what I had done, I started directing all my blood flow to that area on my palm through my mind, and massaging it with my other hand. Within a minute all burning sensation left and I had absolutely no redness or burn at all. No lasting effect of it at all. The is a very real technique. 👍👍

I love this video as i used a similar thing to walk again after being told i would never walk again. I had a complete cauda equina syndrome where the disc had crushed all nerves to my lower body. I think the highlight of this prayer is that I always try to visualize my hand touching the part of my body experiencing the pain and imagine rays of healing permeating through. I've had countless healing using this tool.

I learned self-hypnosis, (which actually is a more focused form of meditation if done right) in my 30's to quit smoking. The Psychiatrist that I worked with was a professor at Univ of Chicago, studying bio-feedback. He found that remarkably I was very good at directing the machinery they used, to activate various activities. I could control it with only my mind with no prior training. Though I did not want to participate in further experimentation, I've continued to use this method to employ the mind/body connection to heal myself. I also eat properly and take lots of supplements. As a result, more than 40 years later, I am on no meds, and aside from a hernia of which I was totally unaware, I've had no illness to speak of. When I feel myself, getting a headache, stomach issues, etc. (I haven't had a cold in over a decade and when I do, it never lasts more than a few days) I simply put myself in a light trance and visualize myself healed. It works.

First of all, so glad to hear that Marisa is doing well and that she got over that accident like the Pro that she actually is!!! I have collected quite a few stories throughout this life though, it would make for a long comment here. I have experienced healing in a very similar way and can relate to everything Marisa is saying here. I didn't do Self-Hypnosis, which I actually think it is a brilliant way for healing. I used the inner repetition, like Dr. Bruce Lipton recommends, repetition and will.
I totally agree with this.. I suffered migraine headaches for three to four days, I do a pressure point on temples and command it to heal now, I can cure it within 3 minutes now.
I’m dealing with some abdominal discomfort now, so I’m excited to apply the DICC technique to command my abdomen to heal.

One evening on my way home, I heard the voice of my minister in my head saying, " If you believe that you are made in the image s.d likeness of God, then you must know that nothing that is unlike God can be true for you. For the next 3 weeks, I would repeat this aloud. The day came, and I went for the biopsy. The technician positioned her machine, stating she had located the lump.
