    Do you have a book that you can recommend to learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine? 📖
    I am hoping for a 📖 form of your book. I don't do well with screens. I have to print off anything that I read.😢

      I'm hoping to have the paper version available soon for the essential oil book. I am working on a bigger one that dives deeper into eastern medicine too. But YES, some great books out there. You can research some 5 elements books. Rhythms of change by mary saunders is a really simple and beautiful introduction. It depends how deep you want to go. If you give me a bit more of an idea of what you're looking for, I can recommend some others!

    Can you speak to too much testosterone in women (with little estrogen) and too much estrogen in men (with low testosterone)? How does this happen and what can be done about it? I know of a couple who are experiencing this and I have been sharing your videos with them in hopes that they can glean some information from you.
