My son, Bill, goes to gorgeous, tiny, little special needs school for gorgeous special children. Bill and his friends there all need just a little more care, attention, love and guidance to help them access friendships and education. Bill has autism (and a variety of other issues such as Sensory Processing Disorder, ADD, Dyspraxia, Global Developmental Delay and Klinefelters Syndrom) and most of his school mates have similar challenges as well as Dyslexia across the board. Bill's school is woefully underfunded for a variety of reasons that would take pages of text to explain. The teachers aren't well paid yet they are constantly buying supplies the children need that most pupils don't require; such as pen grips and fiddle toys to aid concentration etc...I have been fundraising for a few years now and with your help have managed to help subsidise school trips, buy sensory room equipment, Occupational Therapy equipment, outdoor tables and chairs, a trampoline... We have a lot to pay for soon as we really need a reliable minibus but additional to that the school is trying to move premises and is taking on 20 extra pupils. This is all amazing news but means the pressure is on financially. All this fundraising helps a phenomenal school that has given so many children a future they would not have been able to access. Thank you so much for any kind of support you give us.
I immediately subscribed when you admitted you're an untidy person! lol ... My poor husband has to live with all my projects strewn about the newly renovated home we share but he never complains! My home is CLEAN... it's just not tidy. I need to have my lovely projects and materials visible for inspiration. That's just who I am. Love your honesty!
Mine complains! And yet he is a very messy person but not self aware 😝. I would like to say my home is clean but I know it could be cleaner. It’s healthy enough, not a hazard but there are pockets that probably need a bit more of my attention. Trouble is I want to knit!

i think the jumper looks very flattering, Gayna, especially the lace at the top. I love the way it sits around the neck. I prefer 3/4 length sleeves any day. Just off to buy my raffle tickets :-) xx
The neckline was a complete fluke because I adapted the pattern out of laziness. I’m thrilled with it though XX

I made a load of crochet collars once, don’t know what I did with them though, I never wore them!
If you think your workroom is untidy you want to see mine! My boots do that to my socks too, I can’t work out where or how it is happening.
It’s probably just generalised friction, naughty boots!

Hi Gayna; I thought I was the only one that can't keep organized with my house or even with crafts. It feels like it is a lost. If I even try to keep things organized... I feel like why do I even want to keep things looking nice and presentable. I can't win for losing. I have a craft area which is 3ft. by 5ft corner of our bedroom.(LOL). Your videos are still amazing to watch. I'm very glad that you are getting close to the goal for Bills school bus.

Vida Lindner No, Bill is the only one with autism etc but Ted is dyslexic and Wilf probably is. How lovely of you to want to be penpals. In a different life I would have loved that but I don’t think I can spare the time at the moment, I’m at full capacity. I hope you understand and will continue to chat to me on YT xxx

Oh how I have missed your vlogs. I know very much of what it is to be a muddlemaker!! I mess around here and there. Cleaning it up as I go. When the family comes in. It is like everything explodes and I have fires to put out and messes to clean.
I so would love to have an a range small one like you have. That or have a wood stove to use in the winter time.
I think I have too much stuff and so I get into muddles. I need a good clear out!
Tales from Cuckoo Land we meaning I am working on going through the house and if we have not touched or used in last 10 years. It is going to be sold or donated. We are empty nesters our daughter is married now with her own family and we have our first grand child. She is very noble now and into everything. So the clear out is needed. She loves to explore Nana and Papa’s house. LOL 😂
I did a clear out of all my craft items a few years ago. I may go through it all again. I just don’t like getting rid of craft items and then needing them again and having to replace them. One of my pet peeves is purchasing an item. Then it is not needed or used for a couple of years so I find it a new home. Then low and behold I end up repurchasing the item again. LOL

No it’s a very old blouse from a vintage shop. It’s probably over 100 years old and all hand stitched.

What kind of tissue are you using for your pattern pieces? I just bought a Style Arc pattern (first garmet sewing in 35+ years) and need to trace the pieces onto something!
