Szentgyorgyi did not create Vitamin C, he extracted it from Hungarian green pepper.
Very helpful in clarifying the supp chaos. Would have appreciated a few clean brand names. Also I take Liposomal Vitamin C after listening to the doc that’s all about it. Thanks again. You were one of my first diet gurus before diving down many many rabbit holes but with joy. ✨
My take
* Magnesium (Trust me you need to be in a good mood always, saves you from future depression or HBD)
* Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2 (Very important combo because you don't want calcium build up in your blood)
* Vitamin C (the god of all vitamin)
* Omega 3 Cod Liver Oil (Reduce Bad Cholesterol Build up)
* Probiotics and Prebiotics (for your guts)
Thanks for the info! Do methyl B12 drops also work just as well?
Thank you for the supplement podcast, as always.
I love you.
Never forget that rude doctors made an interview like a cross examination at a Police station. With you😔I stopped watching my heart didn't take it.
Shame on them.
Wish you a healthy life with your life💙💙🙏🙏💯
Dr. Gundry, can you comment on dihydroberberine? Dosage? Thank you.
Max dose should be about 500 mg twice per day but I suggest you start out slow to give your body a chance to adjust
Good, clear , slow and easy to
comprehend esp for us chinese🙏👍👍👍👏👏👏
Magnesium bisglicinate and omega 3 are essential for me😊
Sei illuminato , mi hai guarito, colon irritabile, gastrite, insonnia, mi hai bloccato le crisi epilettiche, mi previeni l'Alzheimer. Sei il più bravo del mondo.
It's Magnesium Glycinate the best Magnesium?
AG1 is amazing product !
Change the playback speed to 2,0. You are welcome
I find 1.5 is sufficient for Dr Gundry's talking speed.
Yup, you're right!
Timed release vs Liposomal ? Which is better to take ?
I think liposomal does just that
Thanks for the great info, would you please share with us the supplements work for cancer patients. Thanks
Excellent information!
Dr William Li covers foods that starve cancer, see his Ted Talk in youtube
Thank you very much Doc. You are one of a kind.
Excellent information. Started taking NMN a few months ago and it gave me amazing energy. Just starting Urolithin-a. Taking all the others
Do you have any side affects and do you take all of these together?
@@TeresaHooten-m3m. I take NMN first thing in the morning before my morning 1.5 mile swim. I take Mito-Pure (Urolithin-A) with my meal. I do Intermittent Fasting and OMAD - One Meal A Day. So glad you teach us here! Thank you!
What's your take on Sulforaphane?
400 - 500 mg of Magnesium Glycinate works well for me, and does not make me poop. I also take time release Vitamin C and Berberine daily.
Which brand of time release Vitamin C can you share?
Yes which brand please.

Excellent thank you !
I would have added resveratrol and ashwaghanda to this list.
I've read that niacinamide can actually inhibit sirtuins. Can you please do a video explaining whether that is true? Pubmed has some articles on it, but it's hard to know if the results are significant or just being used by NR sellers to dissuade people from buying cheaper alternatives.
Also excess niacin causes heart trouble, some newer studies have shown?
what are sirtuins??
We fully believe what are saying if you cite clinical studies in support of what tell us about the different supplements
Very helpful, thank you 🙏🏻
I had toxic reactions to Vit B6. Switched to P5P which works great for me in low doses.
What kind of toxic reaction

@@connie4485 A general feeling of physical discomfort....P5P is the active form of B6 and bypasses the liver conversion. I believe I get deeper sleep with P5P and dream a lot and recall my dreams unlike before. I now take 2 25mg capsules a week.
many thanks for excellent insights - as ever - on C-15 - I dont see it online - can anyone recommend a good source for me to try? best wishes
Thank you for reinforcing me the intake of Vit.C GRAZIEEEE 😊
As diabetic I’m looking for dihydroberberine but here in Italy isn’t easy FCS 😮
There is a problem with multi B s of any size on that most don't give the right forms of B9 or B12 and you have to be aware of this. Either you pay more to get the right combination or add them separately. Its also useful to get the better versions of B2 and B6, info is available elsewhere on these.
is there any one tablet that may have all these in one place and the right proportion
Excellent Thank you Dr.Gundry❤
Can you talk more about EPA and DHA? Why do some people benefit more from different ratios.?
You’re one of the few reasons I power up UA-cam to watch some great content 🙏🌸🦋🥊🩺⚕️
Great information! Just one question: Is sublingual administration (under the tongue) mandatory for methyl folate, just as it is for methyl B12?
The question is can we take all this in same day?
Yes
@@healthyinformation you try it ?... How to take them ?……morning..night ..with without food
Do you have to take a bunch of pills or is there a few pills you can take?
Dr. Gundry, I would like to ask you whether I should take my Vitamin K2 as MK7 form and Vitamin D3 together or I must separate them. There appears to be a controversy and I wiykd like to incquire you about this. Please reply me on your earliest convenience since I am about to place an order for Vitamin K2.
Dr. Gundry, what do you think about taking ergothionine in supplement form?
Good information as always! I have had a gluten free diet for a long time, along with no soy protein. They are horrible for my problem. I did not know that lectins found in grains were so bad, so, now I am starting a grain free diet too, and taking L glutamine, prebiotics and prebiotics. I see a difference, but still a long way to go. I have noticed that since I started taking probiotics, I pee some gray stuff, I assume it is the probiotics. Would you clarify that in any of your videos in the future, please?
Well that tie is rocking 👍
Dr. Gundry, do you recommend to take methyl folate and colabalamin together or separately? Thank you
Your Dr. can prescribe B12 shots to you if you have someone to give you a shot. I don’t know if you can give them to yourself but you may be able to.
What if you are allergic to fish oil? I try taking fish oil vitamins as a teenager and blow my face and eyes broke out in hives.
Thank you Doctor Gundry wonderful health information
Thank yuo so much dr Gundry!
I've read Berberine alters the gut microbe negatively. Interesting.
I am concerned about choosing omega 3 brands that are only in the ethyl ester form, and not in the triglyceride form. I know the triglyceride form is absorbed better. I wish Dr. Gundry would address this.
I’d ask my pharmacist. I call mine frequently when have a supp or med question.
So I've been following a strict keto diet just over a month now.. just underwent a lumpectomy.. lost 22lb feel amazing.. that weight loss is over 4 months I was cutting out sugar before that.. im paranoid of anything that will create glucose in my body now.. im strict. Which vitamins or supplements can I have that do not contain sugar of any kind or carbs..
Which vitamin c?? The complex form found in nature or absorbic acid?? You didn’t clarify…
He recommended time released vit c.
Look for Liposomal vitamin C
Man made vit C (ascorbic acid) is missing the flavonoids and copper that is in the full vit C complex that is found in lemons or other food based forms. ( BTW the synthetic form is made from gmo corn starch and sulfuric acid according to many quality practitioners)
My magnesium spray leaves salt on my diabetic skin & dries it out terribly!
Where doo you vet Methyl Folate? Methyl B12?
Thank you Dr. Gundry for a great informative podcast . I started taking vitality bits since I watched the podcast with energybits CEO . Do I still need to take other supplements along with Vitality bits ? If so could you please advise which supplements I should be taking.
What is Vitamix? Ty.

What about timing, is there a specific time to take them?
Dr Gundry, I have not read through all the comments. So I’m sorry if this is already asked. When I take magnesium it makes me itch all over, under my skin. Why does this happen?
I'm curious how much it costs monthly to take these vitamins... without falling back on, "How much is your health worth?".
I have a question
I take a thyroid medication in the morning.
And a 2 hormone pills at night.
Is there a specific time to take any of these vitamins?
I take my Vitamin B at night instead of with my thyroid medication.
Please advise me if you have any advice.
I WAS ON A FAST FOR 4 MONTHS. I WAS DOING 23 HOURS OF FASTING AND AN HOUR WINDOW OF EATING. I LOST ALOT WEIGHT ....BUT, I WENT TOTAL SOFT AND AND SAGGY. I WAS WORKING OUT AND WALKING ALOT. WHERE DID I GO WRONG??😢
Why not all B-Complex ? it is very strange you've mentioned only a few B vitamins.
He mentioned b1, b2, b3, b5, b6, b7 and b12. However he said you could take b50 or b100 which would have 50 or 100mg of all b vitamins respectively.
what are the 10 suppelements
A person already listed them in the comments early on.
Dr Gundry. You recommended C15 and went to your website and was told it has been discontinued. Help!!
wow ! what a revelation of what supps your taking. the proof is the gentleman on the video.
😢 but please, can't I just have vit c, mg + vit b6, vit k2, spiruline, my curcuma cooked, cranberry juice, berries & all cocos.😢
How about Lihtium as essential tracemineral as Dr. Michael Nehls suggesting?
Doesn’t EVO provide what is needed for the body to produce Vitamin C?
Dr put me on iron suppliments about 3 months ago because my level was very low.. it was 7 do you have any brand recommendations thar are no sugar and do not increase sugar levels in the body?
