Looped resistance bands and a pull up bar exclusively. Bands are portable, cheap, and just as effective as any other equipment. 2188 workouts at 6'1 and 214 lbs arms 17½ and 28 strict pull ups.
the leg curl and extension at home eludes me, just not something can really do at home being space constrained. I've kinda scratched that itch with nordic curls and sissy squats but a cable set up or machine would so much nicer.
