I don’t have DID, just a 20 something with chronic Anxiety, Depression, and Migraines. I find your videos very informative.
I agree with you, people just need to stop being insensitive and stop putting down when they don’t understand.

also I imagine even if it were just other systems watching (its not) it would be useful for them because it would help them realise that they arent alone
