Well, it looks like we might be a system. Makes sense, we, well more specifically i, I’m guessing I’m the main host- I’ve had a couple of times where another host has taken over, don’t rlly know how many, then there’s a guy that just sits in the back of the system talking to us. Don’t even know if this is us or me or them or whatever, but I’m just gonna pretend I don’t even know what a system is now

they refuse therapy after they already gave many sessions im diagnosed with autism adhd and bpd and alot of conditions in childhood officially in my my memories are of things i have done but not smaller details and im rick and their are co-conscious moments of communication but unable to fully remember discussions but my childhood memories are fragmented do you ever wake up regretting the attachments or commitments you made the day before because you feel different and can't explain why almost like a depression you can't explain? or looked at your own arms and in a mirror only to see a stranger? you know its your body but its different ?

I am denying it every day 😢 wish I could just not have the denial. I almost feel like I can deal with anything else!

I gotta ask a fellow system, why do people ask us how they didn't notice when sometimes we ourselves don't notice? Also love your hair!

Hi from Australia 🇦🇺. I have 32 Australian Old World 🌎 tarantulas in my bedroom. I was terrified of Arachnids, and then my dad died. I needed something to take my mind off him.Spiders threat pose first to warn you to piss off,if u dont take heed.They will bite you then. My biggest tarantula is 17cm, a big 3 year old female.We have the Sydney funnel web that can kill you within 15 minutes if u don't get anti venom. They're a real problem cause they have a really grumpy attitude and will crawl after you if u walk on their home by mistake. We have a few others also that are deadly. But yup, leave them alone and they won't hurt you.

We have an introject named Alice/March (both work) from Alice in Wonderland. I hate how people fakeclaim systems just for having fictives and/or introjects. :) -Carnival System

First, I want to say I have so much respect for the guts it takes to put yourself out there and help educate people on something that's more common than most people might think. I have a few genuine questions, coming from a place of curiosity. I apologize in advance if anything is unintentionally offensive. I've noticed that DID seems to be more common in female hosting people, living in "Western" countries like the US, Canada and UK. I can probably deduce why that is or why it might appear that way to me. My question is more in relation to the other commonalities i've noticed, such as brightly colored hair, very progressive, almost always in a system of overwhelmingly LGBTQ+ alters. The people i've watched and listened to on UA-cam, couldn't be more different but at the same time the same, if that makes sense. I'm wondering why that might be? Again, this isn't coming from a place of judgement or criticism. If I've unintentionally offended you, please feel free to ignore me like I hope you ignore other offensive comments, or call me whatever makes you feel better. Just know that's not where my heart or brain is at here. Hope you're doing well and keep doing you. - A

tysm for saying that not all fictives are exactly the same as their source! i feel as though this is a common expectation (especially from singlets who are still learning) when hearing that someone is an introject. our system has a s*xual alter and you wouldn't assume at first glance that that's his role since he's from a pg-rated source, it just happened to be the role he eventually took on

wait. so youre telling me people remember their childhood????? i only know the things people tell me, like basic facts, like yeah i went to school; i lived in this town. i have absolurely no idea what was happening, or if i do its very vague and doesnt feel like my personhood. i feel like i am only a couple months old, and yet i am both aged, a literal child, a teen, a girl, a boy, a wolf. others too probably.

This helps! I have had 2 friends come to me and asking if i’m a system (1 of which has D.I.D) and i’m really confused but today i woke up at 5pm with a ton of bruises and etc but it’s driving me insane there are no voices and no track of anything, there is no communication anywhere it’s…confusing.

I really love how you describe the role that each alter serves-in particular, introjects. I’m in awe of how well you’re able to remember what other alters have or haven’t done. I’m not sure I could keep track. I don’t have DID and can I can barely remember what ONE of me did yesterday. But this was a great explanation, and it actually makes perfect sense to me. Thank you for helping those of us who want to understand better.

i have a friend who has a bunch of alters and they are all interjects of fictional charecters (from animes and stuff) i was wondering if thats possible for all of their alters to be anime charecters?? (not trying to be offensive just trying to understand :))

I have a question. I don't have DID myself, but my friend does, and I'm just wondering if a system can be made almost entirely of fictives? Most of her alters are fictives, and I'm wondering if that can actually happen.

I'm curious and going to talk to my psychiatrist.. I am diagnosed with ptsd, skitzoeffective anxiety & depression.. but today I had a little bit of a moment . I realize I introduce myself with 2 different but similar names and also say things like we when talking .. I am constantly in conflict with my thoughts. I feel like I don't own all of them or I see things in different perspectives and I sort of noticed I can link them to each name so I started writing them down today .. I was in denial about skitzoeffective diagnosis for a few years untill one day it clicked for me while in his office, partly bc my mom said no way. I thought I was making it up and he miss diagnosed me. But I've also read about facetious disorder so I don't want to assume I have anything ever. But I know what I used to like being younger and what I some times like but I have no idea who I actually am bc it changes. I also look in the mirror and can't see myself if that makes sense.. I feel like a blank slate ! Hope the best for you! Thank you for sharing . I hope I can find myself.

in cases of a fictive being from a source created by another member of a system we've noticed they tend to be closer to source? like puck would love for people to ask vixen about vixs source or memories or tell vixen they love them from their source especially in times like right now when vix is really missing vixs source lol

I know this video is from awhile ago. We saved it and visit it occasionally. Been aware we are a system 10 months. Today's journal entry, "I still don't want to believe it's true. What if it's all in my head and I'll be so embarrassed I've told all these people." Yet everyone who knows 'me' and hears about it is like, "oh that makes so much sense! Yeah there's totally more than just you in there." So, 8 months later after this video, where are you in the acceptance journey?
