That happened to me many years ago they was trying to rob my bike a bunch of them but one guy and his mate was ahead and booted the wanker and he flew on to oncoming traffic and I stopped and starting cussing them the wankers they was chasing me for long too

One scooter thief got caught they charged him with 19 counts of theft and using acid who left one man blind in on eye and burns he got 12 years but will only serve 5. The acid attack alone should get more then 5
A simple removal of his eyes would have been a universally approved punishment.

Anything as unpleasant as an acid attack should carry a life imprisonment sentence along with no chance of parole and that time spent in the shittiest, most basic surroundings.

A few years ago I was in Bristol outskirts riding. Suddenly a group turns up and starts harassing me. I manage to avoid being hit and cornered. As I approached a slight left turn, another biker comes out of nowhere on a bandit trying to kick the living shit out of the gang. The gang quickly flee. No idea why as they are a bigger group. The biker who helped me follows me to the shoulder.
He runs over to me and hugs me. I was lost for words. He pulls his helmet off and staffs asking if I'm okay and if anywhere hurts. Thank you young man. You literally saved my life. Anyone out there sees something like in this video or similar, do your sworn duty to protect others.
They were probably running because they weren't expecting a fight, they might have even thought they were getting jumped. Anybody fights back and it usually startles them, there's plenty of easier victims out there. You still have to watch out for the odd psychopath or the guy on MDMA, they can be less rational, but if there's a gang of them it's probably just some common lowlifes looking for an easy target. That's why the old tactic of just pulling out your willy works 9 out of 10 times, they're expecting you to freeze up and comply nice and easy, not start swinging the old boy about and making things difficult.

What should have happened was when the bike came to a standstill RJ jumped off and pushed them off their bike. Then everyone in their cars and vans also jump out and kick the fuck out of these little c$%&s and beat them to within an inch of their lives. But that's in an ideal world. The world we live in now it would go so different. 'Not so Great Britain'.

Also, if police get into a pursuit with them it will get called off if they ride dangerously (which they're obviously going to do as they're trying to evade them). I think police here should be allowed to ram these idiots off their bikes, if they get run over in the process it's the fleeing biker's own fault. All they need is to announce the change in legislation on news etc and give an audible warning before ramming to clear the officers of any liability for their death if it happens. These thieves are going to ride dangerously regardless of what may or may not be following or pursuing them, so police should be given the authority to end it quickly if they're deemed a threat to the public.
It's a shame but the police and Sadiq khan clearly don't give a crap about any of this. London crime is on a record high taking over new York and the chief constable is talking about having laws that mean there able to fine people for going 1mph over the speed limit. It's clear to me that they would much rather hand out parking tickets and screw over innocent people than actually prosecute any one who actually deserves it. It's because law abiding citizens are easy targets

No good, happen to me yesterday in North London two scooters and three guys. Blocked me and tried to kick me of my bike. Lucky that I managed to escape with broken mirror and top box only...
Yes I am good, I was lucky there... I haven't stopped when they blocked me but instead of that put full throttle. One of the guy kicked my top box as he missed me. Just no good and stressful situation... Its reported to the police but not sure if they can do something. I know motorbikes getting stolen in London every day but haven't expect this way. Don't feel safe anymore on the road...

This happened to me one time, a guy (bike thief) started brake checking me so I took a risk and pulled over, he pulled over and came at me, I knocked him out cold with one hard punch, signaled to a cop and the cop arrested the guy (the cop said he saw the whole thing) I got back on my bike and acted like nothing happened.

Police do nothing to stop anything and that’s facts... they just add to the confusion and create a bigger threat than what’s already present. Take americas example for it... here is quantity over quality and they’re all given special rights and privileges. It simply creates a social problem and not only that but I think it develops into more fundamental problem within individuals. If the government provides police like the ones who patrol in America. Through time people will become ignorant, lazy and self entitled, like the people in America. They won’t be able to handle situations for themselves and the excuse will be to call police. Police create a huge social problem with little to no benefit, in the contrary I believe them to hold society back.

Punishment won't fix it. You need to address the causes of the behaviour. Punishment will only ever get you temporary compliance. And making prisons harsher hasn't been proven to have any deterrent effects. Removing dangerous people from society should always be done, but once removed it doesn't matter what conditions they face, so long as the factors involved in their behaviour remain constant, they will go back to doing the same things.

Politically speaking, Europe has it's responsibilities. Criminality rose on a global scale, even if this is nothing new it's not an excuse to not make things better. This is not the first time RJ has to deal with scooter thieves, it's sad that this phenomenon is getting worse especially in London along with stabbings and acid attacks like he said. Something can be done about this, in my eyes London has always been a prestigious city with gentle people when I travelled there, talking to some lads. I watched documentaries about these scooter thieves and the government's denial on criminality's rate. To see RJ being directly concerned more that once is pinching my heart and shows that it's not only numbers and words but a fact.

Glad you're ok. Horrible to experience that. I was on a test ride of a bike this week . 2 scrotes with no helmets and wearing balaclavas were riding on the pavement ...turned round and chased me. I'm a sensible rider but as a one off had to weave in and out at speed until I got to the motorway. They followed me onto the motorway, with no helmets!. I managed to get away but scary and very unpleasant.

The issue is that these cunts know they can get away with it, plain and simple.
I don't have a problem with Arabs, in fact, those that are adapting to Western norms and respecting the law are usually really nice people (own experience). However, those that consider themselves superior to the rest of the world, exploit the welfare system and spit on everything non-muslim (sometimes literally). And sadly those have arisen as a massive, undeclared problem in the past 30 years because of loose executions of the law.

I visited London a few weeks ago and something that really struck me was with the amount of moped gangs roaming around. In one evening I saw 2 of them, on one occasian they shouted "Ima shank you!". Honestly it's really off putting, I was hoping for a different experience since I was with my girlfriend and of course making sure she is safe and alright is obviously in my mind. Won't be visiting again for the next time, not that I'm going to miss having my wallet emptied just with how expensive it is over there anyway...
All major cities are expensive if you don’t know where to go, London is no different from New York, Paris, Madrid, anywhere worth visiting, and they all have lowlifes, they aren’t always as obvious as the scooter scum, don’t know where your from, and don’t care, but if you think London is representative of the UK and you didn’t see anywhere else then that’s your fault, you would be made very welcome in other parts, and very affordable, I do business in London but don’t stay for long, I wouldn’t judge the whole of France by visiting Paris
Well I lived in London for 13 years near to Gunnersbury Park, before that in Hampshire. No, my point is not that I haven't taken in the sights, the people, the smells and the nighlife, my point is quite simple really. London has gone to shit the past few years and one of the major reasons why I left, other European cities seem to have a much better infrastructure. Say what you will, but London is not what it used to be...

@@russartist6359 Don't get me wrong, I grew up in London and I have good memories, really I do. Some things are only the London way and those little nuances you miss when moving abroad. It saddens me to say it, but my quality of life, income, security and ability to get by has been so much better since getting away from there. I live in Munich and as a city, it's completely different to London. Housing doesn't change, renting is always expensive in big cities, but it's 10x cleaner, food and general amenities are a whole lot cheaper, the crime level is probably a 3rd of what London has and the police... Well you get your bad bunch here and there, but the minute they step out with their MP9 pistols and batons, that's the minute the moped thief stops and contemplates his actions. Then if they haven't got you on the spot, their squad of pimped E90 bimmers will surely catch you in a chase. In London you can rob a jewellery store in broad daylight while the petty Community Officer stands by and pretends to be the savior of the day with his walkie talky and neon fluorescent top. It's laughable really...

Germany is one of few places I haven’t been, got clients there and have a few German friends , so 2019 I will visit, only ever hear good things so looking forward to exhibiting there (paintings) at art fair. I think the change will take some time and inevitably the police will be armed, still it’s a major topic of discussion on radio today, even a short fat copper is taken seriously waving a 9mm, all the best

We have a similar problem here in Mexico City, motorcycle jackers can rob your bike at gun point in a crowded street and police do nothing it really makes me mad. Many people are desperate and thinking that carrying a gun for self-defense is an option... Thieves are a plague...
