Amazing job there, sir! Greetings from Kazakhstan! I own a 1981 XJ 650 Maxim for almost 7 years and totally love it. The only problem is to find spare parts - it's available only from eBay. Doing now some paint and remedy jobs, also want to rebuild/restore my carbs set and your videos are very useful and inspiring! Thanks for sharing!

Where did you get the headlight setup mate

Hi Dylan, the headlight is the original XJ650 light, I just removed the blinkers and modified the housing to make it fit my larger front end

How did you get the neutral light to work?

Hi mate, I connected the neutral signal to the switch on the engine, It also knows what gear I'm in by setting up through the menu, It calculates speed vs revs to work out the gear which is very cool, works perfectly...

Sure, there's no reason why this can't work on any bike

There is actually a specific model with a matching loom for the Royal Enfield, which is a direct swap out with the original speedo. See the ACE-CA080RE
