    I honestly hate that one of the greatest online chess teacher, that goes over all his thinking processes and gives tips, is getting hate from a chess player passed his prime because Kramnik can't beat Danya in blitz, the one thing he's best in. And the hate can ruin his reputation, who would want to learn from a cheater in chess? This feels like targeting his channel and trying to ruin it.

      I honestly think Danya is safe in that regard. He is already a well established big name in chess, did tons of commentary and also played strong in tournaments like speed and bullet chess championship. The chess world knows about Danyas integrity and wont suddenly turn on him, rather ridicule Kramnik for the attempt. Its much more severe if he accuses unknown young players that do not have tons of supporters to defend them....Kramnik at this point does more harm to the chess world than all cheaters combined.

      n1 so just hate him. Thats fine. But in part 1 of the Kramnik investigation u see, that Danya didnt play any serious blitz otb tournaments. He just farmed for over 1 year with a "rating glitch" in the Fide system, where u still get rating, while only playing against absolutely amateur players. His point is: We dont know, how strong Danya actually plays, because he refuses to play against strong players otb.

      Kramnik is using that comment to imply that Danya is checking an engine always not that he always plays engine moves. His point is no chance Danya could find that move so quickly, and even if the engine suggest it as 1st or 2nd move it doesn't mean he is auto playing all engine moves. It's stupid, and Kramnik is an irresposible asshole, but the idea that he didn't play Bc8 doesn't really combat what Kramnik's stupid, salty accusation is.

LMAOOOOOO he only showed few parts of the vid which makes him so obvious that he is cherry-picking to make danya looks bad and suspicious. The crazy part is if you watch his stream, he barely gets a huge advantage in middle game and he is only good always at time scramble which makes them good blitz player like hikaru, alireza, and some other 3100+ rated players. which is btw very counter-intuitive to what they accused him of because I think when you cheat you normally get a good position in the middle game but danya always having a tough position and always win when he got 20 seconds below which I think if he is looking at the engine, he will probably lose on time LMAO.

Eric wouldn't watch this video if it was CodySteins7255. I think it's interesting, I agree that this is a not-so-thinly-veiled accusation, but I think we have to acknowledge what mental illness can do to chess players. 28:25 Kramnik paid 500 dollars for houdini, I assumed because he tried to create a 3d scene to simulate where danya is looking, but it seems he gave up, he could use some ai tools to import danya's webcam into 3d space. This proves he is not doing this for content but because he actually believes he's a cheater.

      Albeit, he reckoned Hikaru’s 100-win streak against a master was suspicious… so when Kramnik invokes “can inspect anyone”, it’s a cover to allow him to accuse anyone.
      His videos really aren’t careful/reasonable enough for him to be as vocal as he is.

    Kramnik losing online has nothing to do with his chess ability. He knows this, which is why he thinks everyone is cheating. But the main reason why he loses heaps online is because he's useless with a computer. This is straight factual. Dude needs to put his money where his mouth is and enter OTB tournaments. Until I see him get results there to give him modern day credibility then he can just stfu.Yes, he is an old school legend, but he has absolutely no modern day credibility.

    apriori everyone is innocent because it's insanely difficult to prove a negative just on principal...what is kramnik talking about? prove to me you have never cheated on your spouse. it's impossible to do which is why the burden of proof is on the person making the cheating accusation.
    i hate when kramnik says, "im just asking questions and since I wouldn't mind being asked them it's okay for me to ask". It's totally irresponsible and inappropriate to make these implications without sufficient proof. I don't care if someone asks me my age and weight, but it's totally inappropriate for me to ask someone else....and with this he's actually convincing ignorant people that danya is cheating....fortunately it's not a lot of people...but it is having an effect. kramnik is tanking his reputation and credibility beyond repair with this one.

  • @enginekid88
    @enginekid88 2 хвилини тому

    To understand Kramnik's reasoning you have to also know Kramnik has irrefutable evidence Daniel was looking at an Engine during unrated games. Kramnik provides proof in his most recent video "CHESSCOM OR CHEATCOM?" Where Vlad shows Daniel looking at an engine and saying he is consulting an engine. Daniel literally states during a game: "wow...I'm looking at the engine and ...". So now Kramnik has been scouring Daniel's VLogs for and tells during rated games such as TT games. And he's tracking Daniel's eye movements because in a separate video rebuttal (which Kramnik reviews), Daniel showed his streaming setup which gave Kramnik enough information to determine where Daniels eyes should be looking and where they are staringa t the wall above and behind his monitor. Putting it all together Kramnik is speculating Daniel has another monitor on his wall with an engine running.

    First of all, Danya is not among the best in blitz. He is among the highest rated in specifically 3 | 0 games. His performance in titled tuesday’s is usually weaker, because one of his main skills, besides calculation and aggressive play, is mouse speed.
    Second, there is a guy with username penguin. He is a 2500 rated GM who was, at some point, the best bullet player in the world. So comparing classical OTB strength with online chess is completely illogical. Mr Kramnik should not be allowed to play on this platform anymore. Any further accusations should be ignored.

    on 2nd camera point, I remember some older video of Hikaru saying something about him pushing for 2nd camera, but it not being accepted as requirement (I think he was pushing for 2 cameras being streamed), so he stopped streaming 2nd camera. but I remember it vaguely, it was few years ago. Personally I dont get whats the point in this attack on Danya, Kramnik picked very bad target, if Magnus recognizes Danya as strong blitz player for years, I see it as much better judge as Kramnik, since Magnus actually proven he is also top in online blitz, unlike Kramnik, who is strong, but gets beaten by guys who are weaker in classsic but stronger in online (since you need different set of skills).
