20 min REFORMER PILATES on the MAT with the RESISTANCE BAND

  • If you can't get to a Reformer class then try using a resistance band to mimic the spring tension. It's a great way to add the resistance you experience during a Reformer class to your home workout. Thanks for watching!

      Band workouts are so good aren't they. You really can mimic Reformer exercises with them.

      You can get them online, Amazon is a good place to start for all small pilates equipment.

      Hello, I'm using a STOTT PILATES flex band which measures 80"/200cm (approximate).
