Katja’s videos never fail to amaze me! I have tried many many Pilates videos but hers are very effective. She gives clear guidance and simple instructions for each step of the class and as a result you don’t stress out to follow her steps correctly. I also like the fact that her tone of voice is low hence makes you able to relax. Thank you! Please keep posting more videos 🙏🙏🙏

I have a permanent right shoulder injury that is not a candidate for surgery and your shoulder techniques actually felt comforting and offered pain relief. I am so very thankful, Katja.

Wonderful workout! I don't know how you always manage to balance calm and strength-- it feels so relaxing, and then I feel the burn! My spine loves this exercise. More with resistance band please!

I really enjoyed this workout. Never get on with bands due to my hands seizing up with arthritis but I persevered. Mind you, I got my feet all wrapped up for the sitting exercise and my cat then wanted to come in. Yes I had to pause you and b shuffle to the door to let the cat in who took one look at me trussed up like a turkey and walked off!!! I hope you continue to make videos as I don’t live local and really like your teaching as I am a pilates beginner and always hated the exercise. You make it so much better so please do continue Katja. I do struggle with my feet cramping (again arthritis) are there any tips besides socks for this please?

Hi Malka, I would think it is a medium level, but instead of measuring the difficulty of the exercises, measure your progress on how well you perform them (with how much detail, focus, clarity, concentration, precision :) then even a seemingly easy exercise can become advanced :) happy practicing 🙏🏼😊🙏🏼
I wasn't sure where else to put this: would you be willing to teach some sessions specifically geared toward women on their cycle? I did a search through your channel for "period", "cycle", "menstruation" and "menstrual" but came up with 0 videos like that. I don't know if I'm remembering correctly, but it looked like you had fewer videos on your channel overall. Anyway, hope all is well.
