The pain in his voice when he screams "God is making fun of me..." gets me everytime
Chris Cowley me too. Because 1 he’s been through a shit ton of painful to extremely painful traumatic events in his life. And it’s like he can’t catch a break. And you just know, at least at the time he wrote that. He genuinely feels that way. And that’s just incredibly sad and profound
The only part that gives me the chills. Not even lying.
oh.... fuck... i agree so much... :/
a trick : you can watch series on Flixzone. Been using it for watching lots of of movies lately.
@Aaron Jayden Yup, been watching on Flixzone} for since december myself :)
My wife passed 3 years ago.
I used to listen to Bon Jovi, Debbie Gibson, Air Suppy... and she always said "you have to listen to man's music!".
She was into rock way more than me.
Then in our second aniversary she gave me the Untouchables album.
It was weird...
But after several auditions I became a fan.
It was 2003. We got married in 2001.
Korn then became my favorite band of all the universes!
And in 2016 God took my wife back to her spiritual home. She was 40. And I'm still here.
The Nothing is a very powerful album for me. It's like I'm the one singing. The album open lines "Why did you leave me? " couldn't be more precise.
I know is not her will, and not her fault.
I hope one day we can meet again and listen to every album Korn will have released since her passing and we have a great time together.
I've got a Korn tattoo and her birthday mixed among the letters.
I owe her my korn happiness.
Love you guys.
Greetings from Rio de Janeiro.
XOX.
Sandro.
MÁRCIO CARVALHO man that must be heavy man I’m sorry for ur loss I’ve been thru something similar myself and well just gotta keep going bottom line but u will never stop loving that person and u will never forget them when it’s something that heavy. So I totally feel u on this one. This album for me was an eye opener and a spine chilling experience caught myself freezing up in this album cuz I would remember the crap that happened to me. Stay strong and rock on man respect 🤘✌️
@@dominicpotter4878 Thank you.
Sorry for your loss bro
MÁRCIO CARVALHO my condolences man. Music is very very powerful.
Meus pêsames irmão
Vin, this whole record represents all the stages of the grieving process starting with The end begins to surrender to failure. A phenomenal record from my favorite band also!
Depression isn't just sadness.
It's days of struggle just to brush your hair, to get out of bed, to shower, to eat, everything feels so heavy. Everything is exhausting.
It's anxiety. It's stress and burning out.
As for dealing with death of a loved one, For me, losing my parents has never been something I've "gotten over" so much as the pain is familiar. I have days where I think of them and smile, other times I think of them and sob. It's not easy. But it's not impossible to live life after losing them, like I use to think it was.
💛
@Dexy Chan Yep
@Dexy Chan hey, thats me 😁
@Dexy Chan bro I've never felt more similar to you than with this 💔

This is a pretty heavy song! The gravity of discomfort is a heavy song!
Gravity of Discomfort is good stuff! My personal fav on the album 🤘🤘
@@TheCobhc2005 right! It doesn't have many lyrics-but it's so good!
@@shadow1sd I agree! Not many lyrics , but powerful ones! Jon always delivers! Love that man 🤘
@@TheCobhc2005 For real-you don't have to have a lot for something to be good!
Gravity's closing riff is bone crunchingly heavy
Just saw them with Staind August 10th and lost my mind in the pit! one of the heaviest korn songs in a LONG ass time. Korn is just one of those bands that still delivers💯‼️ Korn is my #1 band. Them as well as Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Aerosmith, Linkin Park, 311, Creedence, Staind, Kiss, Slipknot, Sepultura, Limp Bizkit, Guns n’ roses, Autopsy, Obituary, System of a Down, At The Gates, Mortal Decay, Coal Chamber, etc
I've been waiting forever for this reaction, worth the wait. Jonathan Davis vocals are amazing on this very emotional filled album. 10/10.
Please react to the full album!!! ‘This Loss’ is AMAZING
Yeah, "This Loss" my favorite track in this album.
Denis W Mine Too!! Though ‘Ringmaster’ and ‘Finally Free’ are up there too
@@franklaher8496 I very like: Darkness is Revealing, Ringmaster :) I generally listen to this album entirely...
Denis W Me too!!! Once I listen to one or two songs I go ahead and listen to the entire album
Yes! The bit that really gets to me in that song is when he says “happiness is a club I’ll NEVER GET IN!!!” Really hits me hard that line.
The Darkness is Revealing! I love this song. New Korn is awesome!
The thing I've always loved about Korn is that they always manage to have a catchy as hell chorus.
Yall summed it up. Spot on. It's hard to listen to it and the part where hes screaming "god is making fun of me" is tough, but you can hear the pure emotion from jonathan. Gave me chills. Best song on the album in my opinion.
This song is straight fire. The album is just such good work
This is honestly up there on my favorite korn song and favorite songs PERIOD
Its pretty cool that Vin related Solomon to Jonathan. I was picturing Job. It's special that JD can turn his tears into diamonds.
This dude has to be my favorite reactor. He's the only one I've seen air guitar without shame while being recorded.
I felt it. 🙏 I stopped listening Korn around 2005 even though See You On the Otherside was one of my fav albums up until that point. I kinda stopped listening metal genre in general and only now rediscovering Korn and holy shit this new stuff is pure bliss.
Korn hasn't lost it. It's almost like the universe keep the talented ones in constant torment to keep their genius art coming out and touching millions. Amazing!
F-cking luv you guys reactions to KoRn!! Luv it I’ve been a fan of these originators of new metal since ‘97. Rock on guys!!¡! This video made me subscribe to your channel.
Finally ive been waiting for you to review those song!!! Thank you
Ice Nine Kills Stabbing in the Dark or Communion of the Cursed. Its Halloween time and these are based on horror movies.
Their best song and that’s saying a lot because all of their stuff is fucking top notch. This song just hits different.
Literally emailed suggesting something on the new album yesterday!!!! Love the videos guys keep it up🤘😊
You are in Loudwire video called 10 hilarious youtuber reactions to metal
Probably my number one song I've wanted you to review atm
After I heard that song for the first time I immediately thought "can't wait to see Vin and Sori react to this track" - thank you for getting round to it, it didn't disappoint!! Look forward to seeing your reaction to This Loss on the album... it has something special for you to hear!
The shirt is cool but more surprisingly to me is that I can't believe you guys did a live chat with one of the members of Korn!!!! How did that meeting even come about, i have no idea but you two made a lot of Korn fans jealous!
About DAMN time! I've been waiting for the new KORN. This album is Insane. Love every second of it!
Great song! I've always loved Korn!
This album is so 🔥 it definitely deserves a full album reaction/review. You definitely feel where he is at through the music and the vocals. Sucks that he had to endure so much pain, but it definitely takes the album to another level
The whole album is great. Idiosyncrasy is my favorite song.

The Darkness is Revealing is the next song from the album you should do
You should react to some of Johnathan's solo work.
Yeah! Like gender. Good shit
@@freakunleashed8152 The whole Black Labyrinth album.
FINALLY you are reacting to the new album... What took you so long? Them being your favourite band and all! :O
Those drums are awesome ray is top 10 metal drummers
Please do h@rd3r off that album, the ending to that is just wow.
We need more Pantera reactions! There's still so many songs to hear🔥
like slaughtered
I'd be interested to hear your take on Jonathan Davis' solo album, The Black Labyrinth. He talks about his struggles with christianity a lot in those songs.
I love this album. I was so excited when it released. I ki da felt like the musicianship was a little repetitive in nature compared to previous albums and songs. But that pure emotion and rawness was musically satisfying. Though I could pretty much gather what it was about, though I'm not keen on his life especially in recent years. I did feel bad that his loss gave great metal content. As vin said in the video.
Thank God for JD 🙏
What till u listen to the whole record 🔥🔥
I'm can relate to this song.I suffer with depression.
Septic Flesh - Virtues of the Beast
Please!
Much love from bakersfield ca! Plz do korn-this loss by kkkkkkorn lol
U guys need to do some new Lacuna Coil there new album is absolute fire! Heaviest album they ever done. Sword of Anger is prob my new fav some by them. The singles Reckless, and Layers of Time, are both fire too!!
i love your channel and korn yous are very cool and johnathan davis is a cool dude
The opening riff has a lot of Alice In Chains vibes
K Dubya interesting.
Sounds more like Pantera
@@jhamilton1007it sounds like the main riff to "Jump In the Fire" by Metallica just slowed and downtuned
@@benthecartoonist3518 Ya, I can see that
@benthecartoonist3518 I say Pantera because it also reminds me of the main riff on A New Level. Probably because it's slowed down I bet if you sped up that Pantera riff it may sound like Jump In The Fire.
You guys should react to korn would cover they just did fucking awesome!
You guys were featured in a Loudwire video!
This is the real shit, man. Time since i dindt hear this kind of korn. ImI
Rehab soon. I’ve let depression go on long enough. I’m getting the help I need so I don’t end up in the grave. It can always get better but you have to want it in your core. Letting depression take over is a choice. No one asks for it but you CAN get out. It takes work, selflessness, and the will to listen and accept change. If depression is stubbornness then recovery is willingness to do whatever it takes to change
Evan Paluch good luck with the rehab ! And take care
Hope you're doing better.
Lifelong kornfan i dig this new album
React to This Loss best song of an icredible album
I think he couldn't find anywhere to hide and once he found out where he was he forgot how far away he had to go to hide and he's haunting himself
Life is peachy: song No place to hide.
Untouchables: I'm hiding
The Nothing: you'll never find me
you guys should react to nargaroth - seven tears are flowing to the river
Morn..korn!!!!👍☀️
Im loving Korn and its my favourite band of all the time!

am i the only one banging head with vin and sori?
Shadow Of Intent- Chthonic Odyssey I think you’ll like it
Did you guys see you were on loudwire for your reactions.
So... listen to Surrender to Failure next?
This might be a bit out of your comfort zone. Try 'Starlings' by Elbow from 'The Seldom Seen Kid' album. Phil 66yrs Liverpool, England
And play it loud.
Such a beautiful suggestion.
@@MrDecksels so much good stuff their not listening to !!
I can't imagine how Jonathan Davis dealt with her death which came weeks after it was reported he put a restraining order on her and outed her lifestyle and addictions. Jonathan is O.G. he ain't no snitch so it musta been all bad or a danger to their kids. I'm sure having those kids is how he dealt with it and is living thru it.
More korn please
excellent song, great review
Y'all should review MOL - Bruma or NF - How could you leave us
Power Trip - Divine Apprehension
Power Trip - Hornet’s Nest

The Korn and Patreon Channel! Haven't watched a video from you guys in months cuz u dont react 2 music anymore including this video
Mgła - With Hearts Toward None I

I think they approve
It's all Jon has dealt with his ex wife and his mother passing....
Surrender to failure and the end begins on the nothing are deep af
I do believe things happen for a reason but I'm with Vin, I will ask the big man "what the hell was that about? " when I see him for a select few moments in my life lol. You can only tell yourself so much before you stop believing yourself.
Please react the full album!🙏🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
