I can’t hear this message too many times! Sell with conviction and confidence and sell your prospect something they don’t even know they need and have them thank you afterwards.

Believe in your product/service so much that the prospect will thank you. You must have this conviction and belief because it will project onto the buyer.

Dan. This was for me today...I was in the middle of projecting my problems on my new product that am about to launch...Your training is simply 👌

It is our moral obligation to sell the customer what they need. We need to understand the client's needs better than they understand them themselves. Selling them less than what they need helps no one. We should not project our own values into the client. Thank you Sifu!

The story about the sports car "salesman" made me laugh so hard... not only a good laugh but a valuable lesson you provided yet again, sifu. "Just because you can't afford it doesn't mean they cannot do it." I can't wait for the day I go in and ask for EVERYTHING and the person selling just looks at me with that look on his/her face! 😂

Selling can definitely be a barrier. You can have a great product or service but if you can not sell it doesn't matter. Your profit will be $000000. Great content!

Sometimes there are so many clients who are price sensitive or clients who are playing discount bargain game and then salesman starts subconsciously reflect this average knowledge to other clients, i have done it myself too. It is not always that we are reflecting our values we reflect average client value too.

Hey Dan, first of all i'm an insurance agent and as you know the more the customers pay, the more benefit they got even in the future. So right now, let's say i'm living in a country where the people is generally cheap and they will not give more even they know it's more benefit if they pay more, its quite close case as the first salesman who doesn't want you to buy more. When i started watching this video, from what i experience, the people will love the first salesman that offer customers less. And i just want to know your thoughts, what's the best act or can you give me your opinion on what should i do maybe in this kinda situation. Or maybe should i just selling for the quantity? Thank you very much.

"You can always sell them more, not less. DON'T project your value on the client." this is so big, I see this so often, the salesman tells me "you don't need this, here's how you save money etc." I never realized how stupid they actually are. haha

Hello, Dan, after I watched few of your videos, I found these are so valuable. Thanks alot. Also, got one question that is how do I add value for a really just very simple and small, but also competitive business before I can make a sale?

If you don’t have the conviction and confidence he is speaking about... time to get another product or company.

If you dont approach the close with absolute certainty in your product/service, the prospect will feel it and you won't be able to help them.
