    Hello, my weight is around 130 kgs, i am following ur workouts and doing them as well at morning in empty stomach. My diet is in breakfast i am having oats then in lunch having small 4 breads with veg curry cooked without oil, in afternoon two fat less biscuits with a cup of tea without sugar and sometimes regular popcorn, in dinner again oats. I am a mother have 1.7 year old child. Please suggest me few workouts and a suppliment kind of thing which will help me to reduce my weight. Suggest me a proper diet as well. I dont get much time to do workout as i always stay busy taking care of my baby. I am healthy from birth. Please suggest me those or make a video for people like me, it will be really helpful and i will be really grateful to you.

    1) How to build Home gym, how we can make home gym with strength & cardio equipments & do all the exercises with minimum space & money.
    2) How to make muscles/body/sixpack/low bodyfat from Indian Diet & Gyms.
    3) How to do training while travelling when we do not have access to the Gyms.
    4) Doing Bodyweight Exercises & Gym Exercises which are much better & can we do Bodyweight Exercises in absence of gym & become ripped
