Wow....beautiful Gari..Do you know that I saw the fresh ginger,Kochi once at our greengrocer,it was so pretty! I remember I was so fascinated by it but I did not buy it as they were so so expensive! But if I saw it again,I will certainly buy them and follow your recipe closely. We always ask for extra Gari when we eat at the restaurant.I have not seen too many infused soy sauce Gari.Thank you for the recipe!!
Did you see the fresh ginger? Oh, it’s expensive in your country😅 In Japan it’s a bit more expensive than regular ginger as well. Yes, if you have a chance, please try. Haha, you really like Gari. And the taste of soy sauce is also good! You’re welcome. Thank you for watching always!!
hi Ryusei, great video as always! here in Argentina I can find soy sauce, sake and mirin, but we only have regular yellow ginger, not as soft as Kochi ginger, can I use it instead?
I will definitely try the soy sauce one ! I don't think I will be able to find Kochi ginger, regular ginger should work ? Also, how long can it be kept in the fridge once it's made ? Thanks for this interesting video !
I’m very happy you enjoy the soy sauce one! Yes, you can use regular ginger. But I recommend to slice it thinly. Sweet vinegar 1 month, soy sauce 2weeks in the fridge. You’re welcome! Thank you!
Wow, that seems simple. ill have to give it a try.
Yes! The way is very simple. Yes, please try it!
