      Thank you! Yes, I’ll make it! Yes, this type of meal is called Teiahoku as well. We eat it lunch or dinner! It’s very popular style of meal!!

    Question: are there niboshi 🐟 in the Dashi for the miso soup? Do you remove them before serving?

      No, I didn’t remove them from miso soup. Some people remove it. Because, Niboshi is a bit bitter taste. But I like this taste and it has much calcium!
