    A shame I don't have all the ingredients here in Germany, been to Japan in 1988 and I was overwhelmed with everything I saw.

      @@kyodokan.japanese.cuisine thanks for the reply. Here people cook very hearty and savory, 100% different from the fine traditional cooking in Japan. Best you go to the south, to Bavaria. Lots of different kinds of Beer in BUCKETS🤭

      Thank you! Yes, I’ll make it! Yes, this type of meal is called Teiahoku as well. We eat it lunch or dinner! It’s very popular style of meal!!

    Question: are there niboshi 🐟 in the Dashi for the miso soup? Do you remove them before serving?

      No, I didn’t remove them from miso soup. Some people remove it. Because, Niboshi is a bit bitter taste. But I like this taste and it has much calcium!
