Little tip on the sorbet. Adding 2-3 tbsp of vodka per serving will help it stay creamy in the freezer so you can make it in bulk and it doesn't turn into a brick.

sorbet recipe if you cut out the syrup and j add a scoop of protein powder the macros become 10x better and for me it tastes really good imo i used dynamize vanilla

Just made the potato egg bowl. Freaking awesome! I warmed up a Joseph’s pita and put half a serving of chiptole on it and it was fantastic. Don’t skimp on that one boys

Yeah you’d probably just want to microwave them first before adding the eggs cause they’ll take longer to defrost

All of these except the avocado rice cake look like winners. I must be one of the only people who can't stand avocado because you see it on so much otherwise great food.
microwaved frozen Hash browns though? They need to be brown and crispy. Yeah, it takes longer, but it's SO worth it!

For a sidenote, I wouldn’t recommend microwaving eggwhites as you’ll fry the protein out of your eggs so the 22g’s are coming to like 5gs

I don’t think that’s possible. It’s no different than cooking your eggs over the stove, or boiling, or baking them. The proteins denature with any kind of heat. Do you have a source to share that shows the microwave is different?
@@TheMealPrepManual He may have a source, but not a reputable one. Microwaving eggs is perfectly fine and does not "fry the protein out of the eggs". Keep up the good work!
@@TheMealPrepManual Proteins in a microwave are affected diff than in a boiling env. or surrounded by heat in an oven.
Microwaves are vibrating the water mols. within the food with radiation, that’s how the proteins are being destroyed/reduced.
@@gaborkovacs6123 But roasting food in the oven involves radiation as well though. Feeling a hot flame with your hand is a result of radiation. Isn't the radiation used in cooking, including the microwave is non-ionizing and low energy? Less than the energy required to break bonds?
