Its a fine house its dry and warm and high speed internet could use maintenance maybe get a house keeper once a week. we all know he has no time for that. best of all because he lives like this will never be homeless and broke like so many others end up after having millions.

Having listened to your personality and your reasons for doing things. I suggest buying a George Foreman grill. You're less likely to burn things using it and it's extremely easy to clean. It has a cost but that cost is probably cheaper than the pan you're using. The pan might last longer but you have to heat 2 sources use the stove plus the pan rather than use the Foreman and forgo your stove? I am curious if the Foreman grill would enhance the quality of the meat charring it to your perfection potentially keeping a little more moisture in that slab vs the attempt at trying to remoisten it with sauces. I am curious if you'd also be able to cut out the microwave by using the grill for the potato. One appliance to rule them all?

Maybe if Asmon tried Steak au Poivre he might start keeping cream in the fridge.
